This gives you a solution to use windows based programs while still enjoying apple computers

This product allowed me to setup Microsoft Windows way easier then I ever thought.

Parallels Desktop 11 For Mac was replaced by Desktop 12 and when I tried to install the version 11 the prompt kept asking for version 12 product key. Never would accept the version 11 product key that came with the package. Returned original purchase to store and installed version 12 from the Parallels web site.

I pretty much only use Apple products, however my wife does GIS, and she requires a Windows system to do so… Because of this, we were faced with having to purchase another system. Thanks to parallels, this was avoided. If you are an apple user, this gives you the best of both worlds.

I've been a Parallel's user for three versions now and have always been pleased with the compatibility of Windows applications. The solution is very robust in supporting multiple versions of Windows environments as well as other operating systems.

Only reason I gave 3 stars is because I didn't do my research. It will set up a VM on your Mac, not what I was looking to do. So I decided to use BootCamp. Other than that it is a great product and would recommend to anyone looking to setup a VM.

I love Parallels allowing me to run OS X El Capitan and Windows 10 at the same time. Great functions, not a system hog, and integration is absolutely great.

Did not understand why I needed parallels for my mac book air but it is to use with windows 10 and I love it . It's like having two computers.

Great product. It works well without sacrificing much memory. I definitely would recommend. Please know - you must separately windows.

Very difficult to install. I had to spend 45 minutes with their tech support to get it installed. They even accessed my computer to help the install. It does work.

I got this as an add on for a computer several years ago and have kept purchasing newer releases since.

much better then the out of the box simulator for Microsoft office and other windows based software

even though this is not necessary to run windows, it makes it easy to switch between operating systems

Just bought a Mac for my daughter for school and she loves the way the software works.

You can use Windows on a Mac. Just in case you can't completely make the break.

Works great will buy again and will recommend to my friends

if you need windows apps on a mac, you need parallels!

Installed it onto my iMac, haven't had to use it yet.
