I switched to a Mac and was using QB desktop on my PC. This was great for me to able to use my QB and not have to buy another license plus it wouldn’t sync with my current one. It is a bit slow though at times. But i rather have it slow than not be able to use the Quickbooks software.

Didn't want to as wanted to keep 100% Apple but had some financial software that they hadn't updated for a Mac since v12 as it required Microsoft's Silverlight which Microsoft wasn't supporting for new development. It got up to v16 on the PC and finally had enough. Works fine, and yes you can install Windows 10 Pro The biggest issue I have when running it takes up the entire screen, and rolling along the lower edge it is very difficult to bring the Apple bar up.

Great VM Tool

I tried VirtualBox but had various, albeit, minor issues. I then tried Parallels. It was much easier to create VM's. I found they performed a bit better as well. Highly recommended.
The only reason I dropped a star was for support. Hopefully you won't need it. I first did a lot of searching but couldn't get my answers. I looked in their KB and their forums. The search function was horrible. Maybe it's my issue. Then I tried FB Messanger and Twitter. Silence.

Overall, this product is great. It allows you to run windows on a Mac. Unfortunately, the software I run for my office only works with windows. So I had to get this. Windows has it's usual bugs, as should be expected. And it throws my printer for a loop every now and then when I switch back and forth a lot. But if you want a Mac, and are living in a window world, this product is a must.

I have used all of the major virtualization tools that work on Mac. Of those tools, Parallels is the most intuitive, user-friendly, and most reliable that I have found. If you need to run Windows or Linux on your Mac, Parallels is highly recommended although you will need to upgrade it about every three years.

I wasn't aware that this program was made for Mac Computers. I only needed Windows for one program that I use in my Business and didn't really want to buy and HP Computer. I was very pleased to learn that I didn't have to buy an HP Computer & the price was very reasonable.

it is a simple software. lets you use windows on a mac computer. it can be a little slow depending on computer, but nothing i would complain about. but overall if your seeking for a way to use windows on a mac this is your product.
i am unclear if what i bought at bestbuy is a life subscription, or a yearly one as they offer it online...

I really love this software. I now have the privilege of having two computers in one. I installed this on my Mac and could hardly believe what I was now capable of doing with Microsoft Windows and my Mac computer at the same time. This saved me from having to purchase another computer. This is the greatest invention of all times.

Best of both worlds on my MacBook Pro! Very easy to install, nice having the ability to just double click the Parallels icon and be in Windows for those occasions of needing an app. Will automatically download Windows for you (you still need a product key). No need to reboot to get into windows. System is very responsive and fluid.

Super easy to setup and install. Running Win 10 on a 2017 Macbook Pro and it's flawless so far. We have this WIn 10 machine in a domain environment and so far the VM has been seamless

So the software has become slightly bloated with tons of stuff and the directions are lacking but it seems to get the job done. Im having issues with the software recognizing other devices and it seems a bit more work then past versions. One issue Is the notification that it will slow down my mac, and yes it certainly does but I believe a lot of this is due to Apples strange decision to use laptop hard rives in the new imacs

I was pleased with Parallels and Windows 10, but due to the way the Mac works I was unable to access a piece of external hardware in the VM. For general use it’s fantastic.
