Unfortunately, I was not aware of the 14 day return policy and when I tried to install the ceiling fan the box that came with the ceiling fan was too big for the existing box in ceiling that attached to the ceiling fan so I couldn’t use it. I ended up with 2 ceiling fans that I couldn’t use because fixing the issue would run me another $500 for the electrician to replace the existing box
