Nice PC but came with defective mouse

The one negative was that the mouse was defective anspd kept freezing. I tried changing batteries but that did not work. I tried another wireless mouse I own which worked fine. I contacted HP via chat and dealt with two techs who spent more than an hour before admitting the mouse was defective. Since this uses one receiver for both the mouse and keyboard, HP is sending both and I will have to send the defective mouse and working original keyboard back to HP - interestingly, the mouse that comes with the pc seems less substantial, I.e. flimsy, than other mouses I have had.

Good option for an all in one

I do feel that the quality in the materials for the unit are a little weak. Also, no easily accessible USB ports (all are on the back in a hard to find location. Powerbutton and SD card slots are under the bottom and if it weren't for the removable plastic tabs that were on it when it shipped, I don't know that I would have found them. Design of the case leaves a lot to be desired, but the functionality of the system is better than expected.

I have excellent service with my HP Pavilion

This PC is FAST

I was thinking it was because I'm on DSL Internet at 12mbps. WRONG! This computer is unbelievable. My old one was an HP also but it was 9 years old and was to the point that it was actually unusable for the last month. Windows 10 updates would not install and other problems. It was just out of date for the new technology.
