Purchased for in-laws so they would have a computer that wouldn't have to be replaced as often as earlier PCs they owned. The 12GB RAM was a huge selling point. It is expandable to 16GB which should be great for them long-term. DVD/CD ROM works great along with the Win10 64-bit platform. Keyboard/mouse sync up with no issues. The biggest issue with this particular all-in-1 is the location of 1 2.0 USB port, 1 3.0 USB port, headphones jack, and multi-card reader.....these things are all located on the BOTTOM of the monitor area in the center. For older people, this poses a small problem as you have to feel underneath in order to insert the designated item. Putting in an SD card based on "feel" isn't difficult, but using the USB drives is a little more difficult, not knowing which way the drive needs to face. The headphones jack shouldn't be an issue if it's not used.
On the back are 3 more USB ports (1 3.0 and 2 2.0's), ethernet jack, HDMI out, and power. Setup is very simple.
Keyboard is NOT lit up which is not great for older people, but I have no issue with it being able to type. Of course, lit up keyboards mean shorter battery life (AAA's in the keyboard).
The "look" of the computer is really nice. The 27" screen is awesome and vibrant. Vents are on the top and bottom of the PC. The stand is very sturdy. The PC is pretty heavy and can be moved by holding the stand arms in the back or by lifting underneath the bottom of the screen.
Speakers are what you would expect for built-ins. Get a small sound system if you need something more powerful and with bass.
Basically, this all-in-1 had most everything you would need in a PC. It didn't have SSD memory, but pretty much had everything else. There were no issues with installing virus protection nor updating current apps and updates. I highly recommend.
The picture if have attached does not do justice to how good it really looks. Some of the plastic was still on the base when I took the pic.

OK 3 years ago I bought a $2200 Dexll AIO XPS 27. Had nothing but problems with it. Finally the hard drive crashed and rather than spend $200 to fix it I took it out back and beat it to death with a sledgehammer. Now the good news, this HP Pavilion is basically the same spec computer but after a month I have had zero problems with it and it cost have the amount of the XPS. So the screen is not as high a resolution but this is certainly adequate for what I do, it is fast, quiet and RELIABLE! There is a problem with distortion in the B&O audio which I am tracking down and the USB ports on the BOTTOM of the monitor are practically unreachable (so I bought another hub) but these are small quibbles for what you get, a nice attractive, fast, great price and RELIABLE. You won't regret it. I have own many HP's which have been trouble free and cannot say the same about Dexll.

Do plenty of video editing and this computer's i7 quad 4 processor and 12 Gigs of RAM handle the job perfectly. Also chose this computer because the other ones had smaller screens, less RAM and only dual core processors. The 1T of hard drive space is more than ample to upload my videos directly to the computer to edit. The 27" 1080p screen is beautiful and makes it easier to see what I am doing than if I had a smaller screen. No wire clutter, no tower to worry about. DVD drive reads multiple disc formats and burns also. Just purchased last week but have already used it plenty and know it is a very good purchase.

Never had any problems with HP. Always a better buy. Like my desktop very much. Only a minor problem with the light indicator for capital letters.

I've been wanting an all-in-one pc for several years now, but until recently they didn't seem to have as much processing power as tower PCs. So, when my seven year-old Dell was acting up even more than usual, I decided to get this large-screen HP all-in-one. It's fast and the monitor is nice (although I have no real use for its touch-screen capabilities), and I sure like the extra space by getting rid of my Dell tower. This PC does make some noise, however, whereas my Dell was virtually silent. It's not really distracting noise, but it's there. My main issue has been accessing the USB ports. What a pain! The one USB port on the front bottom of the monitor I'm using for my wireless mouse and keyboard. The other two ports are behind the monitor, and I have to pull the whole unit out and turn it sideways to access them. I guess I'm use to that now, but at first it was frustrating trying to find them blindly by shoving my hand back there and feeling around for the ports. Another quibble I have with the machine is I sometimes (temporarily) lose my wireless internet connection. This possibly could be due to my router, but I don't think so as my other wireless devices stay connected. So far, it's been easy to reconnect.

I wanted an all-in-one for better desktop space. I can't see how I could have picked a better choice.
1. It's fast.
2. Touch screen.
3. the monitor is BRILLIANT ... so much better than the VGA 32" I use at work, that my next purchase will be a 32" HP monitor to slide into that spot.
4. The mouse or keyboard, I forget which, went bad but Geek Squad replaced it no muss no fuss.

I deliberated a long time about what to purchase to replace the aging computer in my home office. It was tempting to go with an all-in-one because I hate the clutter that typical devices entail. I had listened to the comments and read the reviews....I decided to try the clean, compact profile of the HP Pavillion touch screen all-in-one.. I love it! The monitor is large and easy to navigate. The learning curve I was expecting was minimal. The Geek Squad came to my home office to help network the new computer to a laptop in the office that my assistant uses....they were great. Admittedly, out of habit, I generally use the wireless mouse and keyboard more than the touch screen, but the touch screen does enable some fun options that a typical monitor would not. I've only had the computer a bit over a month, but it is powerful, fast, easy to use, and compact. I'm glad for my choice.

Had Geek Squad set up to mimic Windows 7 desktop for easier transition to Windows 10, they did a great job. This PC has a very fast performance, great audio and video. Really noticed a big improvement in live, streaming video compared to other desktops we tested. Wonderful screen, easy touch. Keyboard is a bit compact but not using it much as touchscreen.

If your a casual consumer just looking to get some work done this PC is more than enough. Its all-in-one form factor removes the necessary bulk of a tower and compacts it into one sleek form factor. For those used to their phones and tablets the added benefit of a touch screen interface works great. The 27 inch monitor is crisp and clear and the tech specs aren't half bad. The latest i7 Processor and 12 GB of ram will allow you to multitask at lightning speeds, for those gamer's out there its decent enough to handle games, this is the first computer I've own that can run League of Legends on max settings and 120 FPS. All in all a great computer.

Very impressed with performance and ease of use. The setup was quick and easy out of the box. No problem transferring files from my old computer to the new one. Programs ran well on Windows 10.
My previous computer was HP all in one with Win 7, so it was a seamless upgrade to the new HP all in one. Great performance can probably be attributed to the I7 Intel processor.

This computer is the latest and greatest for speed and storage, and suits all the needs for my home and office use. Windows 10 is suitable for all the software I've collected over the years and all the backed up files from my old system were easily transferred. I would say this system is a bargain for the money.

Very easy to set up and with decent specs. (i7, 1 TB hard drive, etc.) and Windows 10, this is not a bad choice, especially for the money. It is strange, though, that the USB ports are mainly in the back with one or two directly underneath the monitor and that there are none on the sides, which would be much more convenient for items like flash drives. Overall, it works well and I would recommend it to others. Prior to this, I had a top of the line 27" Dell Inspirion all-in-one desktop (which cost double what this HP cost me), but the Dell died 6 months out of warranty (bad power supply and failed motherboard). I hope this HP holds up better.

Okay, I have to start by saying that my three year old All-in-One Dell was a terrible idea and I'm just glad I didn't buy it from Best Buy. It died an ignoble death after a poor performance. That being said, this HP is superior in every way. SO quiet and the screen is amazing. Windows 10 was scaring me after the Windows 8 problems, but it is just Windows 7 all grown up and super easy to use. The thumb drive and SD card ports are under the front, which isn't as easy to access as if they were on the side, but easy to get used to, I think. It's fast --- really fast! The keyboard is small , light and concise and very responsive, but people used to a full size one may want to order a bigger one. I am really happy with this purchase!

Wonderful All-in-One! Love the ease of set up, the screen size, the keyboard is smaller than normal but very responsive! I don't have a problem with it at all. Did not like the mouse that came with the HP but fortunately I had another wireless mouse that I do like! Awkward to have USB inputs located on the underside of the screen but so easily fixed with a USB hub! Basically, anything that was "wrong" just took a quick and easy adjustment. All in all, this was a great purchase for me!

I was looking for an all in one system for a while. I've always had labtops, but wanted a nice desktop I always hated that it took so much space. But this is perfect, and the design is very modern. Looks great in my kitchen. The speakers are a little week but you dont notice if you have side speakers. The resolution and clarity are perfect and the touch screen is very responsive. Would recommend this to everyone.

This computer has been great for everything that my husband and I use it for. It is quick to load and easily navigated. The big monitor is nice especially for reading. Having an all in one computer has also given us much needed space that we otherwise would not have.
