Beginner computer

Slows down when you have multiple windows open. I tried to exchange it but was told there was a restocking fee. Make sure you get the one you need. Best Buy is not helpful

issues within the first month
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.computer goes into sleep mode and doesnt wake up, have to power off, then it will not re boot, do this multiple times and eventually it starts. spent 8 hours with HP support, they recommend a system recovery ? system doesn't come with recovery disc, so they emailed me instructions to print, oh yeah computer doesn't recognize printer! and once wiped how do I get the instructions ?seriously it is brand new, do not even have anything to back up yet I should not have to do this! unfort. past the 15 day return period or i would have returned it. always liked HP products but this one is a dissappointment. Somedays it works and others it does not. Although today it is working GREAT ! so hopefully it will continue too.

So easy after using the same desktop for 14 years!

I was so nervous about using a new desktop by another brand, but it was so easy. Casey was my set-up geek and he was wonderful‼️ Thank you Best Buy for an easy transition! This was the best experience I have ever had with a computer company. My worries were unnecessary. I had a fantastic experience and would only go to this Best Buy in the future‼️
