The Geek Squad I spoke to, both @ my local store (Austin, Michael and Wyatt) and @ remote support (Brandon), were great! The problem I have is with the Windows Media Player software and it is still giving me problems. I refuse to spend $100.00 on a product that I just spent $563.61 and had only used for 19 days. 5 days after the software warranty ran out (the 14 day one) I reported the problem to the Geek Squad with whom I have a 1 yr. service order. For another $100.00 they would attempt to fix it. If you don't have any more faith beyond 2 weeks with Microsoft why even carry their products or at least warn all potential buyers of the 14 day warranty (like in a big neon sign as you enter, yea right!). Besides a great CD changer I bought from BB in 2004 I bought the Dell computer I just replaced with the HP I'm having trouble with, on 3/6/2009 at the BB in Scranton, PA. I bought my current HP laptop from the St. George, UT BB on 2/12/12 and now the HP desktop on 2/22/18, Very frustrating and disappointing to have a product that you sell and will only stand behind for 14 days. Somehow it just aint fair!

This tower works great for document use. If you are looking to watch videos or do any editing this is not your device. You need a faster core

The only problem that I have is that the screensaver receives an error message every time the screen saver is displayed after 4 minutes! I like it otherwise I wish someone would help me with this problem without bringing it in to Geek Squad!

I got a great deal from Best Buy. My wife and I read the reviews online and the HP was the best in the market for the price we were looking for and it has outstanding features.

everything is working fine. don't care about the quality of the DVD . cheap. Also disappointed that there were only two USB ports.

Tomasz the Apple expert was very helpful. Knew exactly what I needed to handled couple business softwares. Very knowledgeable and honest and took care of me. Will definitely be looking for Tomasz on other future purchases.

The only problem that I've had with this computer was caused by a Windows upgrade that conflicted with some of my apps.

Our old computer crashed while trying to download the new Windows 10 update so we bought this and were able to install the new Windows update no problem. Has been nice working with it ever since!

I received a faulty computer with a bad hard drive. Got with HP to try to replace it since it's past 15 days for me to return to Best Buy. They will replace it under warranty, but I have to pay for shipping, which is $50 each way. Had to pay for the "extended" warranty for $200 to get the Hard Drive replaced by an engineer. Not worth it.

I bought this tower and it wouldn’t stay connected to the internet.. It would work for a few minutes then would disconnect itself. I took it back to the store and geek squad connected it to their I ternet for about 5 minutes and said it was fine but I exchanged it for a new one anyway. The second tower purchased hasn’t goven me any problems and works perfectly. I think it was just one bad apple in the bunch.

I-3 Chip so it will not be as fast. But it works very well

First computer I have bought in years so it takes a lot of adjusting but so far so good. Do not care for the email set-up.

For home use, not for gamers. Salesman said it would connect two hard drives, but the second port was used for the CD/DVD.
