We purchased four of these for Christmas 2016. A year and a half later, only one of the 4 is operational. All of them are cracked. The dongles break extremely easily. The headband and plastic molding also cracks. Customer service is terrible. I haven't been able to get any replacements.

4th pair of these bought for different family members, all happy with them. Great sound, great for PC gaming, haven't tried with PS or XBOX. Son loves his pair when playing Minecraft, I l use mine for World of Warcraft, pics up subtle sounds very well. About the only complaint I have is they are bulky and can get heavy after a while but they are well padded and very comfortable.

In the past, I've struggled to find a headset that fits and is comfortable to wear for an extended amount of time. I've tried other brands, such as Turtle Beach and Razer, but after about 30 to 45 minutes, they would get super uncomfortable and I'd end up taking them off. The sound from the headset is really nice and crisp; for once, I can hear everyone in vent and teamspeak clearly. Plus, once I swapped over to this headset, my friends immediately noticed and even complimented it, saying how good and clear I sounded over the mic (which is a first, for any headset)! I know wireless is becoming pretty standard for a lot of gaming headsets now, and the range on this one is pretty good. And, since all of the controls for audio and the mic are actually on the headset, I can get up to do something and still be able to adjust everything via the headset itself. It gives you a lot of freedom if you're like me, and have trouble staying in one spot for more than an hour. :) Overall, this headset has been nothing but awesome, and I love, love, LOVE the lights on it. A lot of my set-up is pink, so it's really nice to be able to change the color of the lights to pink so everything matches. Needless to say, I'm super happy with it. :)

Bought this item a month ago, and it started making strange noises with lots of static this past week. It's fully charged and plugged in according to the instructions. I would not purchase this brand again.

I bought them because they were supposed to be wireless and as far as I can tell they are only wireless when hooked up to a PC, I happen to have a laptop :(

I bought these randomly when I went into Best Buy one day bcause I had been having issues with my Turtle Beach headsets. I currently own a set of X31's and X41's that I use with different TV's. My main complaint on those was wireless disruptions. For the price I was happy to try the Afterglow. When I looked at them I wasn't crazy about the glowing lights but the box said I could shut them off, so I figured lets give it a go. After setting them up (which was easy) and using them for a few days here are my thoughts. Good: - Price (on par with X32) - Build quality is great. Very sturdy and good materials - Wireless is EXCELLENT absolutely no crackling and great range Cons: - Very tight on my head. Honestly these are uncomfortable for me. I have a normal had and slightly larger ears these become uncomfortable quickly. - The lights!! The box says you can shut off the lights, which is great. However to do this you have to hold down a button while it cycle through colors and stop it at the perfect time to get no color. And as soon as you turn them off it resets. - The microphone lights up so when you are playing at night you have a big blue dot the entire time in your peripheral vision....really annoying. - The xbox adapter you plug also glows and pulses blue. This thing lights up my whole room at night. It was so bad I had to cover it with black electrical tape. - And finally even when they are off if you leave them plugged in to charge (like on your night stand) they pulse blue. In the end I want to like them but they just are not for me. If you are cool with an insane amount of blue go for it. Just DO NOT believe the box where it says you can turn them off....really you cant. I'll be returning these for another brand.

considering they are wireless. The light effects were good and they were comfortable however set up was a bit of a hassle and the sound was not over the top. It lacked good base and I hardly noticed a difference in the settings. and while they were listed as noise canceling, I found them not to be. I reluctantly returned them for the sound reasons and a wired set. However to me the major selling point was the compatibility between platforms. I could use them on the 360, PS3 and my PC. Batteries last a for a long time as well. I would recommend these to to a friend if they know what they are looking for in a headset and what this delivers.

"Wireless" not so much.... had to replace USB transmitter twice. When I called customer service to get replacement part I was told the company does not make replacement parts, however, they would send me one as a courtesy. 2 months later it broke again, and I just happened to find one on eBay. It has since broken yet again, so I finally gave up and purchased a different set. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT FOR USE WITH A LAPTOP!!!

My sons Logitech G930 stopped working after 10 months. So I decided the next headset would be a wired one.Bought this for my son hoping he would love it.He tried to use it and the other online gamer's asked what was wrong with his mike.Returned the headset and bought a SteelSeries headset which he loves!.

Reading the initial wording on the package will make you assume that it has everything you need to have a wireless headphones. IT DOES NOT COME WITH THE WIRELESS ADAPTER. Not worth the money!!!!!
