The analog sticks are crappy

I the first week, I noticed my mic was acting up with this specific controller, I didn’t care cause I don’t use my mic much. About 2 weeks in and the right stick would drift a little to the left anytime I would move the left slick forward. Now the right stick is drifting WAY to the right if I pull the left stick backwards. Attached two pictures of Game Controller Tester as well as the controller for visualisation.

This worked immediately and excellent. Now I'm playing all kinds of fun stuff in my car! I'm glad for the cross-compatibility.
