I bought this bag a week before I headed to Orlando, it exceeded my expectations. It fit my Canon 80D with my 10-18 Wide angle attached. As well as a 50mm and 24-105mm on the two side flaps in the main compartment. My batter charger. 2 Batteries. My iPad Pro 9.7". The bag supports a 13" laptop but I didn't test that. Two lens filters. Lens pen and air blower. A couple of external battery packs. I was able to fit my Sony Over the head Earphones. My Gorilla Tripod attached to the outside of the bag. Literally everything I needed. There's a Carry loop to attach it to a Carry on luggage if you're in a airport/or other means. Zipper Security Loop for Theft protection. The bag keeps the experiment very padded and protective. The straps are adjustable if a single lever on the strap. It can be very loose or very tight. And the bag slings around perfectly too access everything. I even had a another photographer admire it, he had the Peak Design Backback, and he had wished he bought the sling bag after looking at mine. If you're looking for portablility and comfort this is he bag for you.

Yes, this bag is expensive. I think it's probably *slightly* overpriced for what you get. That said, it's a well constructed bag, and the I've heard great things about Peak's customer service should you need it. I do wish the iPad pocket/sleeve fit a full size iPad better, and that the bottom corners of the bag had a little better shape or padding. After using for three international trips, they are minor gripes and not enough to return it.
This serves double duty for me - it's a camera bag when I need it to be, otherwise it's a nice sling for travel or biking. There's a handy slot in the front pocket that is perfect for a passport (probably wasn't intended as such, but it's perfect in size and location). It's the perfect size to fit under a airplane seat. I can fit my iPad mini with zero issues, but my iPad air doesn't quite fit. I have to jam it in there and it feels wrong - like if you've ever stuffed a laptop in a backpack that didn't quite fit? That sort of wrong.. If the pocket/bag was maybe a half inch deeper or wider or something.
The strap is reversible - which is nice for a sling...some don't do that - you can adjust it all sorts of ways and swap what shoulder you use. It "slings" around you really smoothly and easily. When you swing it from behind to your chest, it just sort of goes and lands exactly where you need it. Zipping it up and slinging it back is just as easy. JUST MAKE SURE TO ACTUALLY ZIP IT UP - a tiny velcro/magnet closure as a last ditch security measure might be a good idea. I almost flung it behind me twice without zipping it up. Totally my fault but it's easy to be in a hurry when fumbling with gear in a city environment.
I carried my 5Diii, 24-70L, and 35mmL - as well as 3-4 batteries, a charger, a couple filters, and extra cards. It all fit fairly easily. I don't think I could have fit much more or a larger lens, though. I could probably fit just the 5diii and and a 70-200 if the lens was attached. It's reasonably comfortable for how much weight was in the bag. I biked around a city all day and i could definitely tell I was carrying it and was uncomfortable at times, but it never felt painful - just heavy as the day went on.
It's easy to configure - I will travel with the dividers in for protection and the body/lenses each in their own little cubbie, and then when I get to where I need to be and wish to start walking/shooting, I'll take out a divider and keep a lens attached to the body for ease of use.
Even when I'm not bringing my gear with me, I still like to travel with it. One divider for snacks, one for chargers and cables, and then the last for my headphones. Real easy to carry onto a plane and have everything I would need for the flight right at my feet. I REALLY like the little "tourist lock" where the zippers loop together so it's difficult for someone to open the zipper without you knowing. Super cheap little addition, probably cost Peak like 5cents extra, but a great little perk. It's a really well thought out bag.
It's fairly water resistant (Took it on two European winter trips where it snowed and sleeted like crazy) and even though I kept a desiccant pack in there for insurance, the inside of the bag stayed dry. It was pretty impressive. I wouldn't wear it in the pouring rain, but it will keep stuff safe in a drizzle.
This review probably sounds like a shill for the product, but I actually like it. I think a product like this should probably be around $100-$120, but I still think it's worth the investment if you need a multipurpose travel bag. I'd look at other larger slings if you need to carry more camera gear, or other stuff like a water bottle or laptop or whatever. The ThinkTank is significantly cheaper and looks bigger inside, but may not be as versatile with adjustment.

I won't lie, I love all things Peak Design. This bag, like all their products, seem super well engineered, with lots of thoughtful inclusions. The bag is comfortable to wear over shoulder, even when loaded quite full, though it may be hard to fit the larger full-frame DSLR cameras and accessories in it. It fits my Sony A6500, two lenses, extra batteries and cards, and an Osmo Pocket with accessories as well without overloading. It also carries a tablet, though if the bag is very full, you may have to put the tablet in first or it is hard to slide into the pocket.
The exterior is water resistant, and has survived several outings in the rain with no leaks or bleed through. The interior is configurable using the Peak Design folding divider panels, to allow for various load scenarios.
Overall, highly recommended.

Has half the space of a small backpack, but enough to carry more than your essentials. You can customize the layout of the main compartment thanks to the adjustable dividers that are awesome. You can even adjust the capacity with the straps to be able to fill a water bottle on the front compartment.
It's very confortable to carry, and considering that the strap can be adjusted on the fly to gain quick access to your gear, I don't think there's anything better out there.

If you're going out on some day shooting while roaming long distances, a great bag to carry your gear. The sling design is super easy to use and it makes it really easy to change lens or grab your flash. Also, it is very unsuspecting in the amount of space it has. Able to car two spares lenses, camera, flash, extra batteries, and more! One drawback... it's for left shoulder only. The sling strap doesn't work well when you shift to right shoulder.

Got this bag at the last minute before my vacation. It's comfortable to wear even fully loaded. Found room for my Sony a6400, extra lens, battery packs, cables, my gopro and selfie stick, and other accessories.
It was a little more expensive than I intended to buy but the quality and build is very good. Never felt weak or cheap while I carried it around for two days in the hot Texas June sun.
If you don't mind spending the extra money it's a very good bag.

I have mostly Think Tank products and decided to purchase this bag and I love it! It is great for carrying a small camera kit and it fits my iPad Pro. A little snug but it does fit with a thin case on it. The bag itself has plenty of room, the dividers are great and the external pockets are ideal. I would highly recommend this bag.

It’s very functional and comfortable to wear! I’m able to hold my iPad Pro and my accessories neatly in each pocket/compartment. And I love that it can hold a tripod. I especially love that I can access my camera easy and fast with the zipper close to my body.

This bag is perfect for my day trips to the parks around town. It holds my canon 80d with a 75-300mm lens attached along with two other lenses. I can fit 2 bottles of water in the large compartment. I love it. It's also water resistant(tested that on my first trip out with the bag).

Good quality and lots of compartments/pockets to organize items. After a while, it does feel heavy and neck/shoulders start to hurt. Will be upgrading to a backpack style so the weight will be distributed more evenly when wearing.

Overall I like the concept and the details that went into this bag, but there are some improvements to be made:
1) handle: location is awkward and causes the bag to crinkle out of shape.
2) shoulder strap: could add some more padding.

Even though it is a little more expensive then some other bags you instantly can see and feel the quality when you look at it. Peak Designs clearly put a lot of thought into, from the easily adjustable shoulder strap to the customizable dividers to suit your needs and straps underneath to carry a tripod too! Also made from waterproof material (instead of having a bag to put over it).
Worth every penny!

This is a very nice bag, very well made. the best thing is the way it sits in your back and how easy is to flip it around to have access to it without taking it off, that part is AWESOME. it's pretty stylish too. I gave it 4 stars because it's actually expensive for the limited space it has, it's not a big bag, and the rounded space in the biggest compartment makes it a bit hard to utilize the space. Over all good item, but you would be buying more style and brand then space, a little too expensive.
