Where art thou fair shelf? Where is the glass that goes over the arms? I bought on my phone, so I suppose I have no one else to blame that I didn't see it had no actual shelf to put the DVD player on. It took my husband less than 30 minutes to read the directions, assemble the parts, and put on the wall. It kinda sticks out way past the 50 inch tv and surround sound bar. It is holding it up just by placing the box on top. We it will not stay up if you mess with it a lot, putting in movies and taking them out. By the time we opened it and looked at it, the return phase was over. I thought we were just going to have to put a piece of wood under it, but it worked without it. The price wasn't much, and I used my rewards $5.00 off, so it will be nothing exciting, but functional. This is one of those cases that I didn't read the fine print on a small screen. The box it came in made us think it was used or already opened. There was nothing to secure it in the box as it came to us. Minimal directions are included on top of that.

This shelf is nice, cheap price, too! It was easy to install on the wall and hides the wires nicely. The only thing I didn't like was that it's arm span is kinda wide, making it perfect for wider... 10"...or more DVD players.My DVD is not that wide, but it still makes level contact with the arms. Just made it. If my DVD player was really small and square, it would not have worked.

The shelf looks great and installs pretty easy. You do need to be sure you have it somewhere where it won't get bumped as it could easily fall off the stand it sits on. I mounted mine about 4 feet up the wall - in front of a treadmill - so it concerned me. I zip tied it to the shelf with black zip ties and it still looks pretty good. I think they make this same model with a small glass shelf that it sits on rather then just sitting on the shelf bars itself. It does have 4 little pads you attach to the 2 braces it sits on - just a small surface area vs. having a glass shelf on it as well. Again, looks great but may want model with glass shelf instead.

Easy installation, Doesn't take up much space and makes managing wires easier.

I like it. It’s sturdy and holds things well despite the angle and size.

This DVD Player shelf is adjustable and hides the cords very well. It can be attached without finding a stud (provided you are installing it for a lightweight DVD player - some of the heavier cable boxes would need a stud for strength).

You don't get a shelf with this item. You may have guessed this from the picture, but it's unclear about that.

This item is perfect for my sons room to get the gaming system off the floor and up out of the way. Loved that it takes up little to no space.

I have a Sony 48" OLED 4K TV sitting on my desk as a TV/computer monitor. The depth of space needed behind the TV made this a perfect fit to place it just behind the TV top. At the very top about even with the TV top; thus making it look like the DVD player is floating just above or resting on the very thin edge of the TV. Love the way it looks and the fact I feel very secure about my DVD player. This does not feel as it may fall. I feel confident about this shelf's suppprt.

Was a little mislead by the item description online. Thought it came with shelf. Im sure its a great product but had to return. Online description needs to be updated

I had someone install it so I'm not sure how easy it is to install, but it looks great and works perfectly.

Worked exactly like I hoped. Had to modify it to fit where I wanted.

This shelf worked great for mounting a Blueray player under a small flatscreen in our workout room.

From seeing similar wall shelves, I thought this was an expandable shelf. However, it is not. The two arms of the shelf are so wide that any DVD player or cable box will fall right to the ground. I guess some models come with a glass shelf that would hold various size objects. However, this one did not. The item is rather useless.

I haven't decided where to put this yet, but the look and finish are nice.

The shelf was very small. All it could hold is my cable box. I needed it to hold my 5 dvd changer. It wasn't big enough.

Disappointed, did not read description well. NO SHELF INCLUDED!!
