I needed a DVD player for my work trailer, and for the price, this is a great HD unit.

Philips makes great DVD players affordable easy to use i do like that i can view computer-generated videos with it aka SCVDs

No bells and whistles, just a basic DVD player. A good value for the money.

This is a very basic DVD player, which is what we were looking for. It works fine, but I have to admit, the look of the intro screen and the capabilities feel a bit cheap. You get what you pay for...

This DVD player was bought to replace an older Toshiba DVD player. This is a great player to use and easy to set up. Set up was similar if not the same to other DVD players, so its almost like plug-n-play

Greay DVD player at a good price. Bought this for my kids room and it gets the job done. Only reason I did not give it 5 stars is the power button on the DVD player sometimes will not work unless I use the remote. Not a big deal but enough to knock off a star.

My dvd player must of been from the dawn of dvds and I had to pray it would work before I used it. I just needed a simple dvd player, nothing fancy, no need for blue rays. This product really does the job, it doesn't provide the best picture quality but for the price I really can't complain!

My kids were off and running to get their DVDs 5 minutes after it came out of the box. They did not need any instructions on how to use it. Easy to set-up and use.
