Works great. Much brighter than my other hue lights. My daughter loves taking it in her tent to make the night shine with a rainbow of colors. Seems sturdy. Dropped it by mistake and it still works like new

I love this light. My grandsons use it as a night light when then stay over and can carry it with them when they get up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom. My youngest grandson wants one for Christmas he likes it so much. (he is 5)

This light works very well. I Love it. Plug it in, turn it on, charge it up. You can put it anywhere, and set the color to Bright Reading Light or Cool Blue Soothing Light, or green or purple. Lot of fun to play with. I recommend!

I really enjoyed this product, it sets a whole new mood to the room that can be changed based on the color selected. It is awesome to use while watching movies and sharing snacks with someone.

It’s a great lil edition to my room. I will advise that you have to purchase the Hue Bridge in order to use the app for more functions. I wasn’t advised that. But it’s definitely a good light. I will also add that three hours of battery life isn’t all that great, but you can use it as a plug in.

Whether just wanting a night light for by the bed, or purchasing numerous to program for the entire house; this is an amazing product to have. With it candle light feature of color changing mood settings it is an impressive product. I love it!

I love the fact that these are portable (when not plugged in) so that I can take my lighting scenarios on the go. These look great in my backyard at night when we're entertaining.

This is a nice light I added to my bedroom. Never had to use it on battery power, so can't speak to battery life. Only negative is that occasionally it doesn't respond when trying to turn it on from outside the home (not on home Wi-Fi).

I find this light very pleasing to look at. Because it doesn't need to be plugged in, you can take it all over the place and try different positions. The light can face upright or tilted to one side. I like it tilted and I followed the suggestion of another reviewer and positioned it at the edge of a glass side table facing the wall. It is plugged in and the cord falls off the edge of the table out of sight. My reading lamp is on the same table and the Go Portable enhanced the lighting experience. My only reservation is the expense of adding ambiance to a room rather than direct lighting.

I got this for my teenage son who of course like video games. He like to turn off the lights in his room and use this light when he's gaming. You can change the color to several different colors. It is really good to use for ambiance. Light works though the hue app on any smart phone but you do have to have what they call the hue hub that you plug into your router as the lights work through the internet. Also will work with Alexa or Google home.

Lamp provides excellent ambiance. Purchased due to comparability with smartthings and apple HomeKit. Only complaint is that the lamp is not very stable when in the vertical orientation.

For the size it packs a pretty good punch. A little bummed out that I had to also get the Hue Bridge to get the light to use the full spectrum. But having a simulated sunrise as an alarm makes up for it! For that it makes it worth it to me and I would recommend too!

I purchased the Phillips Hue Go as an alternative to using the LED strip to accent the wall underneath my TV. It does this function well, and is bright enough in all colors to fully "paint" the wall with light. I selected it over the wired version as the lumen output was higher, but have been surprised by the functionality of the battery. It's been great during power outages, and even as a (light duty!) work light. The button activates different color modes (a candle effect, and slow color gradients), but when plugged in works as a typical Hue light and can be controlled via the app, switch, and voice assistant. If you're needing a light source that has this effect and flexibility, you can't go wrong.

I can't say enough about these lights. I love being able to switch them on at home or when I'm away from home. This one is good for an area that you might want to light up even more, compared to the regular light bulbs.

Love my hue lights, and now to have one that is portable is great. Take the fun of your hue lights with you everywhere. Did deduct a star because it only runs for about an hour and half before having to plug it in to a power source but other than that its great

Bright light and portability makes this a good and convenient light wish it lasted longer on a chrge.

I purchased two for the bedroom. I linked them to my google home hub and utilize them just about everyday. I would recommend these to anyone looking to add a little ambiance to their living space.

The light is interesting. You can leave it wired or detach and have a couple of hours of light, wherever. WIth the app, you can do any color there is, you can set, "scenes", turn on and off. Best of all, it works with Alexa. I like walking into the room and by voice getting a nice light on. Downside...when it burns out, you need to start over. with a new unit. It is supposed to have LONG life, but we'll see. I have not decided on its best use...playing with it.

Needed another light & love my Philips bloom. In comparison the Go is much better. Love all the options - way more colors & able to dim very low similar to a night light. Portable is awesome.

I love this hue go, you can take it anywhere your heart desires plus the wife can use it as a night light. One last thing it syncs with your alarm and is a nice morning wake up call
