I never write reviews, but in this cause I feel justified. I purchased the 9900 on November 28, 2025. It stopped working 28 day’s later. Best Buy would not let me return it because it was past 15 days. Trying to get Phillips on the phone is near impossible. Funny Best Buy didn’t mind taking my money, but not standing behind anything. I’m a long time customer spending thousands of dollars with Best Buy. I would never recommend this product to anyone!

This toothbrush should be labeled as being for one person only. My husband and I have had several previous versions of the Philips Sonicare and used them until they died. The most recent was the best -- it would automatically go to "clean" when I put my brush head on, "deep clean" when he put his on. Now, morning and night, I have to bring my phone, go to the app, make sure the toothbrush is connected, then manually switch to "clean" for myself, then when I'm done, to "deep clean" for him. Talk about new, but not at all improved! I so wish I'd gotten us a previous version of this, but I don't think returns are offered for even the base of the toothbrush. And this was expensive!

This is a great toothbrush that spared no expense. It's the first time I went electric so I wanted a brush with as many smart features so that I can see if I am brushing correctly. Within a month I got the technique down and I won't really be needing the extra smart features anymore, or even have a need to check them. So they are a bit pricey for that need, otherwise you can expect to receive the most amount of data with it. My next toothbrush will cost half this amount because I won't need the extra smart features.

Absolutely worth the money. Not only it's elegant and handy, but the case will make it easy to take on trips, and the app allows you to see in detail your brushing tendencies and gives you advice on how to improve. Charger is also very nice, sleek and small. highly recommend it!

This is my third Sonicare over a few years. They last forever, just remember to clean them and change out the head when it tells you to, I've been using them so long I hardly use the app anymore.
