This is the third Sonicare we've bought and it is a very nice toothbrush. I will say that Philips has gotten very cheap with as much as this costs in that they no longer provide additional brush heads as with the other less expensive toothbrush systems. The last one I had only lasted 2 years. Thankful for Best Buy and the TTS protection though. Would recommend it. The charging case is very nice for travel and works well.

10/10 The Ferrari of toothbrushes, this is easily the best toothbrush I've ever used in my life. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED if you want the best product on the market and want your teeth feeling brand new this is the Toothbrush for you!

If you are not using a philips sonicare or some sort you are doing yourself a disservice, i hated brushing my teeth growing up but with one of these the feeling is almost massage like and just part of relaxing in the shower for me now and my teeth feel as clean as if they had just been polished at the dentist.

I have used Sonicare for over 35 years. This model is the best by far....not to disappoint.

I don’t use the AI features every use but it’s nice to have. It’s a solid brush and has improved my brushing habits

Its very elegant and performs as described in the sales literature. My teeth felt cleaner and bighter just after a few uses. Also, love the feedback and improvement suggestions in the app. Have had a few connectivity issues with the app but, though annoying have been able to resolve them. Also, would expect that if one spends $399 philips would include more than one replacent brush. Overall pricey but, nice.

Outstanding, my teeth are already whiter only after a month of use.

I just got the toothbrush a couple of weeks ago, so I can't yet comment on batterylife or cleaning ability. I'll have to see what my dentist says in 6 months. But I like it. I like the size of the brush head and the relatively quiet amount of noise that it makes. It is attractive enough and easy to clean.
