Most favorite toothbrush I’ve ever had. Left mine in an Airbnb during my engagement weekend and the owner of the house refused to let us back in for me to get it. I’ve used a temporary brush since, but it’s been horrible. Finally able to repurchase!!!

It’s expensive but i can justify it for something that i use twice a day everyday. I grabbed this model for the easy charge travel case, because I travel 24/7. Great product slim design works amazing.

The best toothbrush I have ever had. It helps to get my teeth really clen. If I miss an area the toothbrush will send me an alert. It helps me understand the areas I need to work on.

I was able to purchase this on sale, and I was still skeptical of spending this much money on an electric toothbrush. I had a basic Sonicare years back and didn't think that much of it - it was just "ok". I tended to go back to a manual toothbrush more often and just used the electric occasionally. I think it was because the brush head felt too small and the handle was bulkier. The 9900 Prestige feels more like a normal size and the handle itself is smaller and lighter. I also thought it was kind of hokie with the "smart" features, like "who REALLY needs that?" However it's a game changer and it is absolutely amazing. I've only been using it three days now, but I LOVE the smart features. I didn't realize I had areas that needed more attention - I always felt like I was hitting everything I needed to. It seems silly but now I look forward to brushing my teeth and getting that "fresh from the dentist" feeling every time and know what areas I need to pay more attention to. Highly recommend!

The brush and app work very well with eachother and comes withqb convenient carryint case for trips. A little expensive but the brush is relatively cheap and lasts a long time before needing to be replaced. App comes with helpful tips for proper oral health. A worthwhile investment

It's good -- my teeth definitely feel clean after using it, but not it's not perceivably better than older/cheaper models. Plus, for users of older models, this one uses an unfamiliar timing system for when to switch between zones of your mouth. Instead of 4 zones for 30 seconds each, it now splits it into 6 zones (upper left, upper middle, upper right, bottom right, bottom middle, bottom left) for 20 seconds each, and for each of those 6 zones, you're expected to switch from the inside of the teeth to the outside on your own. It would be better if they separated it into 12 zones (inside and outside for each of the 6 zones listed above) for 10 seconds each rather than requiring the user to remember to switch on their own halfway through a 20-second period.

Great device. The app works well. My only complaint is that sometimes it resets the intensity and you need to put it on the charger to reset. Overall though, I love it and it's well worth the price.

We love these toothbrushes! This one was my husband’s. He adored it. It cleans his teeth so well and makes it do easy. The charger is excellent as is the travel case. Its so handy for vacations!

I have had 6 or 7 different Sonicare toothbrushes throughout the years but THIS ONE is a HUGE upgrade! I’m so impressed that it’s so much higher quality and tech than my previous ones. The optional app is easy to use and set/up couldn’t be easier! My teeth feel so clean and my breath is greatly improved.

This model is the best one we have had yet. We love the look and the new brushes.

Best tooth brush I have ever had. Works effectively without problem. Quiet, easy to clean, and has a nice feel. Owned the other brand tooth brushes that were at a similar level and found this one to be the best.

Toothbrush gets every nook and cranny in the mouth. Unbelievable feeling after brushing teeth.

pretty significantly overpriced in my opinion. I like it. Not necessarily more than the last sonicare I had, but I didn't want to get the cheapest one out there. If you don't mind spending the money I say go for it. If you've got a tighter budget, I'd say there are more affordable options that are likely equally as good.

One of the best electic toothbrushes I have ever owned. Love how it monitors and highlights areas you need to focus more when brushing. Also love the timer that is provided to ensure you’re brushing for the right length of time. Leaves you with an amazing clean and fresh brush!

Awesome toothbrush. I will say that to make good use of it, you must use the sonicare app. Thats the only way to change modes and get the best use out of the toothbrush.

Great toothbrush. This is my second Phillips sonicare. The only reason I purchased a new one is because I had it for years abs I wore the other one out. This one is even better. I also downloaded the app which makes sure I didn’t miss any spots while brushing. I’m looking forward to seeing the dentist to see if she sees any difference. As for the cost. It was a little pricey but well worth it. If purchasing, check the colors. I found they were different prices due to sales.

Great Toothbrush. Very advanced. Lets you know when you are doing something wrong and automatically adjusts to correct pressures, etc... The brush head is excellent on this model. Gets my teeth superclean!

I have been using this brand for a few years and really like it. This one is even better. A little pricey but cleans great!
