I love sonicare brushes and have had them for many years. This is the fanciest one that I have owned. The brush itself works great and the features are nice. I like the elegant look of the glass charger and the convenience of the travel case charger. The travel case charges your brush and has a compartment in the bottom to store the usb cable. The battery lasts a long time and has an indicator light for brush head replacement. The app is just a fancy thing to have but not really necessary nor does it alter the functionality of the device. I took off one star for the price. I understand that it’s fancy and you pay for that but I think it’s still way overpriced.

I have always been really skeptical about buying a Sonicare because I thought high-end rechargeable toothbrushes for lazy folks. My hygenist recommended this during my last cleaning because I had a tiny bit of tartar build-up in my last cleaning and she was so right. I was totally WRONG. My teeth have never felt this clean. I love the design and clean look of this. Also, the app makes brushing idiot-proof as it gives you feedback on where to brush along with how much pressure and movement you should use. I love that it tells you to go back and touch up the areas you've missed. I love the way you can recharge it in the glass. I love that it comes with multiple brush heads.

This toothbrush can detect certain brush heads and adjust setting accordingly. These brush heads are expensive. Speed can be adjusted. This version also support extra tongue cleaning mode. It sense pressure and the travel case has built in usb. It doesnt close well.

I had the previous model and this one is amazing. First, the charge lasts much longer. Second, more specific toothbrushes do a wonderful job and teeth feel amazing. The tongue brush is a plus. The pressure sensor serves as a good reminder to keep even pressure and not too much. The app is nice as well. Overall super satisfied.

Absolutely love it. You can instantly feel the difference between any less expensive toothbrush. This is my first time using a high end brush and man i will never go back. Also the app really helps ensure a proper clean

Will never need another toothbrush again! Works great and has helped me with reducing the strong tension I was typically applying to my teeth with standard electric toothbrushes.

It's like a mini computer in your hand. It comes with 3 different toothbrush heads; whitening, gum care, and clean, and a tongue cleaner. There is an app that you can use but I found the app just too much. I don't always have my phone in the bathroom. The toothbrush will notify you when you need a new brush head. There are several more features that may appeal to you. The feature that sold me? THE RECHARGEABLE CASE!!!!!!! I travel and I hate having to lug around the base to charge my brush but this one has a hidden cord in the base of the carry case and it is usb so it can be plugged into your laptop or a wall adapter. It charges while closed. BEST THING EVER!!!!!

Honestly I didn't have anything negative to say about this. I have had Sonicare tooth brushes before, but this one takes the cake. I tell people all the time that after you brush your teeth with one of these you can't go back to standard tooth brushes or lower end electric ones. Your mouth literally feels like you just left the dentist (without that awful sterile taste). The only issue I did have was with the app. It seemed somewhat glitchy or wouldn't connect at times with my toothbrush.

Philips 9500 is their latest model and worth every penny. Good dental care is worth its weight in gold. Down the line, you will not regret spending a few extra bucks on this model. The bluetooth feature does encourage you to brush longer and more comprehensively. I only use 2 of the modes, and the cheaper models have only 1 mode -- but I would still recommend this 9500 model since it has all the features you will ever need (bluetooth, nice cup for storage, and several modes and brush heads). Outstanding!

This is the best toothbrush ever, love the quality and looks. Battery life is great charging system is great and the travel case is awesome. Love it!

My husband loves his new toothbrush. It gives him a feeling as though he just left the dentist and his breath smells clean and fresh longer and his tongue feels super clean too. He is soooo excited about brushing his teeth and using the app that comes with it. They charging glass is very sleek looking. This is a great investment.

This Phillips Sonicare toothbrush is by far my best buy ever. I'm very pro dental hygiene, so after reading the specs on this I had to get it. My mouth and teeth feel almost as great as when I am leaving the dentist after a cleaning. The fact that the toothbrush connects to the Sonicare app on my phone... genius! Not that I need help to brush my teeth, but this does make it a bit more interactive and the dentist reminders are awesome!

I love this toothbrush. I bought it to replace an older one that stopped working. It seems to clean really thoroughly. I like the app to track head life, but I don't like it for brushing guidance. I find I pay more attention to holding the brush and tilting my head just right to get the full credit in the app and neglect to thoroughly clean my teeth.

I bought this for a gift since I already own one. The person I gave it to, loved it. This toothbrush is everything. It’s smart, beautiful and it works perfect. The battery is incredible. It can last up to three weeks I think. Highly recommended. It’s worth the money.

The toothbrush is great, and the app that accompanies the toothbrush is a good way to ensure that you brush properly. They did a really good job in the sense that as the battery depletes, it doesn't affect the performance of the toothbrush.

Love this toothbrush! My first Sonicare purchase and what a huge difference from just regular brushing. I love how you're able to track and modify your brushing habits/patterns, and how the app and toothbrush lets you know it's time to change the brush head.

The toothbrush is great and intuitive enough to know when I pick it up. Charging in the glass is cool. The app that tracks your brushing is adequate. The charging case is a little on the bulky side and doesn't close well.

This is my first electronic toothbrush and honestly it's awesome. It gets some getting used to if you've only ever had a regular one, but once you do, it's the best thing. My teeth have never felt so clean.

A really good product with a great add-on via the tongue cleaner and extra brush heads. The app is annoying because you have to put the brush head on while the app is open for it to regsister, but overall very happy with my product
