The heads are small, they don't oscillate (it just vibrates) and the charge length is very short. Additionally, the sound it emits is very high pitched so brushing for several minutes is grating.

Thank you for writing your review. We're sorry, however, that your Sonicare didn't meet your expectations. When it comes to running time, we suggest leaving your toothbrush on charge for 24 hours. Please, use only original charger, and keep in mind that metal surfaces, and other chargers may interfere with the process. It should prolong the time between charging. Regarding the noise you mentioned, please, change the brush head for a new one. We recommend changing them every 3 months. We hope this helps!
