    Best buy staff helped me out with purchasing this product even when I was out of state. They ensured that the product was given to the person I sent to receive it. It was SUPER cheap, 100$ off then other stores!

    Bought this for the apple car play and I love it! Be prepared to pay an extra $300 for wires and installation fees!

    Nice display but not big enough. The bluetooth calls doesnt sound so good. No tilt or android auto. Winded up selling this to a family member and purchased the pioneer avh-4200nex and im very happy with it. If i had an iphone i would of kept the sph-da120 but the 4200nex has more features that comes in handy. Especially the tilt when the sun is beaming in the morning.

    I bought this online on a daily deal for at least $100 cheaper than I found anywhere else. Haven't installed yet but I know it's gonna be great. Has perfect reviews everywhere

    The features are great for iPhone users. When you start the car, there is a start up process that seems to take longer than necessary, though it's not that bad. It seems like perhaps an internal battery might serve to keep the operating system in a deep sleep mode while shut down so start up can be much quicker. Then again, I'm not an engineer, so what do I know?

    Installed it in my daughter's 2004 Jeep Liberty. So far she likes it a lot. It can be slow sometimes.

    I've always liked the fact that when you go into Best Buy all of the employees are knowledgeable about there area and if they can't answer a question, they find someone else that can.

    I love this radio. It has worked well in my 2007 F150. Just don't like it doesn't have a DVD/CD. Haven't had it long enough to find anything wrong with it yet

    It look nice and all inside of the store and went to was installed it didn't fit really in my car and I drive a 2007 Honda fit sport four-door and when it was connected to my phone it just didn't hear exactly like it said it would it didn't come up with the keyboard and it needed to be updated which I didn't know until the very end when I actually returned it

    Very clean and new looking head unit. Eliminates cd drive for a clean look. Very responsive unit, smartphone connectivity is best with this.
