I definitely love this radio! You can plug your iPhone in and use it with car play. It reads your texts, makes calls, and my favorite part is using the navigation! You can play your music, pandora or just simply the radio. Gives you a lot of options. I love it!

i love the functionality but sometimes when i put the charger/usb it wont detect it and doesn't show on the screen

This unit does it all - and do not be fooled into getting the unit with the built in GPS - my iPhone 6 Plus plugged right in, and Google Maps started playing directly thru my car speakers. In addition, there are more pre-sets that I can even use for the radio. I've had this unit for a little over a year, and could not be happier. One small incident that just turned out to be a frayed wire. Not a biggie. This is the better unit at less cost for a lot of reasons - Google maps works while you are playing your own music with your iPhone. Well Done!

Really like this its just what I was looking for ...

I bought this for my Husband's birthday. He was thrilled! It replaced an old stereo without bluetooth etc. He loves the text to screen, reading feature... The sound is great and it is easy to learn to operate.. I scored big points for this one.. thanks for making me look good Best Buy!

Is a nice radio but to expensive for what you get you have to spend about another $150 on apps and wires and steering wheel adaptors to have it almost how you wanted. And is only a 6.2" display with no DVD player

I bought this stereo because I was looking for a stereo where I could use my iPhone hands free and listen to music and be able to see the turn by turn directions on my map app. It works great for that!

Seamlessly replaced the stock stereo in our 2011 Expedition. Looks great. Blue Tooth communications with our iPhone is intermittent, though, we periodically have to re-establish the connection.

Stereo works fine, occasionally the stereo won't come on so I have to turn the car on and off to start it up, it can get a little annoying but other than that it works great!

This head unit is amazing! The AppleCarplay feature is the most convenient thing I've ever used in a car. Only gripe I have with this radio is it's hard to set the clock.

This was okay, the carplay feature is cool but i needed a full in-dash with GPS and satellite etc

In my opinion it's not all that great. Car play kinda sucks; when I open up my text on my phone I don't want Siri to stop playing my music just to read me my message -_- like I'm physically opening it so that I can read it myself. Maps can only being used when iPhone is connected with car play; it's not like an actual navigation that can be used without phone. No CD/DVD meaning no videos. Doesn't have a physical mute button; which sucks! To be honest, this radio acts like a single din. It just has a bigger screen.

Ended up not being what I was looking for. Bought as a deal of the day so I didn't do too much research before hand. I couldn't use my cars steering wheel controls.

So I purchased this unit as a open box and got it for $350, though the regular price is currently around $600. At the price I purchased it for I feel is worth it with the features it has. It only supports apple car play and very limited on android support. So far the unit has performed very well and to date has not frozen on me. The sound is great and much improved over stock radio. Many settings available for sound quality. Radio is able to get good reception and overall sound quality is excellent. Back up camera is grainy and takes an extra second or two to come up but overall not that big of a deal. My biggest gripe is the screen as it is a fingerprint magnet and theere are dust particles behind the screen which is really annoying. This seems to be a common issue with this radio as many have complained about the same thing. For the original $600 price tag this radio should support satellite radio or HD radio or both. The lack of android auto is peculiar to me as all other stereos support both mediums. Overall I am satisfied with the stereo and happy with it aside from the screen issues. I do feel it is way over priced for the features it has or really lacks.

Purchased to replace factory radio in 2011 Expedition. Overall pleased with performance. Looks great when used in Apple-Play mode. If using non-Apple apps (i.e. Waze), unable to listed to both radio and app audio. Can be done through Blue-tooth, but takes a work-around to get working. Overall, though, happy with the product.

It's a cool idea to have this head unit with the features it has but I feel like they didn't get much past the idea of it when making it. It had a lot of glitches and rarely worked properly for me. I ended up returning it. The tech said it wasn't normal but to me it seemed like a software issue not like my unit was messed up for some reason. Anyways I did really like the aesthetics of the unit. I'm a fan of the all touch screen with no buttons. It had a very clean look in the car.

After 30 days of daily use it has become an excellent add to my truck. As updates come available the unit is getting better and doing more. Takes a little patience to learn what all you can do with it.

Works great and as described. Easily connects to my IPhone and operates smoothly!

Overall I liked the unit okay. Astetically it was great. Very sleek flush fitment. The unit did seem to have glitches in the program when using Apple CarPlay. It would not connect sometimes or boot me off. It would often get confused if I tried to use my phone at all while plugged in. Needs some work on the programming but could be really handy.
