Don't get this system if you have jbl. It sounded awful compared to my standard sound system. The system skipped so bad with Bluetooth and usb cable that I had to return it. Best Buy was accommodating with the return but keep in mind if you use the free installation and then need a return you get the charged the cost of installation even though the unit was defective.

It stopped working a little over a month after purchasing. For the price it shouldn't have happened. I had to send it to the manufacturer. Got it for a trip and now i wont have it in time.id rather by from china. Wont trust best buy again.

The product is great. The installers were great. That being said, every time I do business with you guys I have to find someone to help me and it's always a task. I have to work to buy something from you. It shouldn't be that way. Your sales staff are awful. I don't know if I will deal with it next time.

Radio went out March 9th 2026, it was put in by best buy January 8th 2025. So not very happy with this radio.

When I purchased this unit, it had a free installation option, however, the associate who assisted me only sold me the parts I would need (and not all of them) to install it myself.

Manager is awful. I called corporate. He is unprofessional and rude at best

Not happy about open box

Was mostly not happy because I bought this radio open box and it said it was in excellent condition but it was not. Even the box was severely banged up.

Have already taken it back once for the GPS Antenna not staying connected and the Apple Car Play Disconnects

Carplay stopped working at 1 month!

Ive had this radio installed for a little over a month and the apple carplay doesn't work anymore. It connects to the phone but no sound and no calls through the radio. Using fm it has sound, just the carplay is messed up.

The pioneer deck is very slow to respond. When I scroll through the menu, it jelly scrolls. There is lots of hesitation on switching to the next channel.
