    radio is very good my music is much superior to my previous radio it can be used with Apple CarPlay and I can use it like any new car today

    White screen of dead radio

    Bought this radio about 14 months ago. Around 4 months ago, it woukd freeze every so often. Yesterday, it completly died. White screen of death. Its done. Accepts no input. Pressing the reset button cones back to the same thing. Sad, it was a buce radio. Ill be finding something else next tine. What waste of $400

    Have had no issues although my left door speaker got some static but i think thats a speaker issue and not a head unit issue

    I had installed this stereo in my 2004 silverado and was never able to get it to work. Anytime it started up it would stay on a white or black screen

    I bought this yesterday and insralled it today and right away it has white lines. I have had this radio for abiut 5 hours.

    RIGHT as my 1 year warranty expired. This unit has went white screen or unexpectedly restarting multiple times as long as it's on. This is utter garbage. Pioneer is aware of this issue and charging for shipping when it isn't our fault. I have bestbuy coverage and have to pay a deductible for a KNOWN issue. This is just so disappointing. Getting rid of it completely.

    Stay away from this unit!

    This stereo lasted barely over 1 year, then it began shutting down and locking up, giving me nothing but a white screen. A few months later, the unit is entirely useless, stereo is nothing but a blank screen and my backup camera is useless. Stay away!!!

    Do not buy this. I have had it for a little over a month and it is not working correctly. Every couple of times when I turn it on I get a blank white screen with lines and it does not work. Now I have to contact Pioneer to see what I have to do to get it fixed.

    Stereo was great while it worked. Less than two years in and now it only shows a white screen and no sound. Look online. Seems to be an issue with this model.

    The worst radio you can buy. After 2 years it has gone completely out. We will have to buy a completely new radio. Waste of money do not purchase.
