FINALLY installed this on my truck. Sounds great and looks great! A couple of things to note: 1. This radio says "XM Ready" which means you MUST buy an XM receiver in order for this to have XM capabilities. Once you get the receiver installed, it works great...just realize that this does not come with the receiver. 2. Also, if you are new to these, go research the parking brake hookup as well and do what you need to do. 3. If you want your steering wheel controls to work, you need to buy a thing for it as well. It was a pain to put in, but I got my working just great! Overall it sounds great, and it has tons of cool features. Very happy!!!

I haven't gotten to use it a whole lot yet but I love it so far. I got it for a pretty reasonable price and everything seems to work as it should and perfect for what I wanted it for. I've always liked Pioneer because of the quality of their products and this is no exception

Installed this unit and it was an upgrade in every way, except the main reason i bought it. The Apple CarPlay didnt work. Tried different phones, different cables, even an Android. Everything but CarPlay worked. Had to return.

The only reason for the 5 star review is because of Jarrod in the car audio installation dept, Best Buy seriously need to look into this area, mobile wifi ,dash cams,media devices are booming with Camper vans,Rvs,a serious lack of business opportunity in this market, is missing at B.B. This review would be 1 star if I had to rely on the geek squad , not one person in that whole department including the manger knew anything about Jarrods whole operation, including scheduling, products,installation costs. Neither did the overseas answering service, especially with store specifics, Not being able to speak to the store directly is very frustrating, I understand this was removed from each store? I cant say how great Jarrod was ,very professional, intelligent, amazing customer service way above and beyond. Also I should say it was a 28 ft motorhome he worked on. Other than him ,everyone else I encountered just said "oh I dont anything about that area? How can be? Also Jarrod only works 3 days a week and was sick on of those days. I now feel Best Buy is going down as a major chain, I was told not to go there but I have had very pleasant previous experiences at the Gilbert store,Chandler does not compare, expect Jarrod who coincidentally came from Gilbert. Different training standard can clearly be seen. I appreciate the work and products we chose and the workdone ,however 3 weeks wait for a stereo install with front dash cam and speakers,I will reconsider BB next time however not the Chandler store.

Got this for a 2015 Wrangler. In stock, under $500 unit with CarPlay during chip shortage was the motivation behind getting this unit. Slightly smaller unit than factory and the trim kit leaves slight gaps. But it’s a Jeep, don’t care. Inexpensive but so far decent unit. Responsive and sounds great. Crisp clear screen. Only complaint is that requires parking brake activated to access some features, of which very few. Xm radio ready, no receiver. I do miss having a knob but steering wheel controls make up for it. No front usb connection. I don’t have power windows so routed usb through the dash pocket where the switches would be.

I love my touch screen radio with satellite and wireless for my phone. It works very well and just what I expected.

Wanted to remove sync 1 and wanted a touchscreen, this radio did just that! Had to order a special adapter to keep my steering wheel controls, but wiring was very easy and everything works great! Would definitely recommend

The product was great while it lasted. I had it installed with a back up camera. First the camera stopped but could just be the camera. Then I started having issues about a year after owning it. From white screen with lines, frozen screens, eventually CarPlay stopped working with the cable. Then the Bluetooth had to be repaired every time. I did have the geek squad protection so I got my money back. Definitely recommend getting the warranty. When it works it’s great. CarPlay and Android auto is nice and the audio was better than my original stereo.

This radio is definitely a upgrade from the last pioneer that I had. The android auto works great. I just recently had a backup camera added and that works great as well. My only complaints are that the remote is very basic and doesn't do a lot. I also don't like the fact that in order to change radio stations I have to leave the navigation screen. If there is a way to do it while maintaining the navigation I would love to know how.

Decent quality and the apps within the receiver are pretty good.

Wireless androi and apple play my favorites Even on expensive cars you dont get something like that. Very good head unit. By planet audio.

works well, does the job. cannot figure out how to unpair the device from my phone, as "unpair" does not mandate the device asks permission, for some reason. otherwise great

Radio is very nice. It was easy to install, only thing is some wires like purple was shorter than others. I put this in a 2004 Jeep TJ. The Android auto works well also

Its awesome the back up camera is really great no more problems. And the sterio works well too Just love it GPS works great.

Radio worked fantastic, connected fairly quick each use and never really gave me issues. Only con was the wired CarPlay opposed to wireless but that’s not a huge dealbreaker in my eyes. Great budget CarPlay radio

I installed in my C5 Corvette, instructions were great. Fitment into a C5 can be challenging though, it took a few adjustments to fit perfectly. Sound and function are excellent.

This stereo works great and is very easy to use. Sounds great too. The installation was quick! Very happy!

Had this installed about a year prior to this review. This radio has been nothing but consistent. CarPlay is wired but that’s ok with me the only small complaint I have is there’s always a pop up when it turns on asking to connect to bluetooth(non-CarPlay) and you can’t turn it off. Other than that the full EQ settings are great there’s bass boost and loudness(don’t recommend using them but at least they’re there) and it’s running pioneers operating system unlike some garbage android system that most radios have these days. Radio does support RDS of course but it’s not really a smooth one it just loads text and the next part of the text instead of the whole thing at once which would look better but oh well. This has not let me down when playing music on the daily and on a couple long trips too. Shame that Pioneer hasn’t updated the software since 2022 (it’s 2024 guys) cause any bug fixes like the Bluetooth pop up would be helpful to have fixed. The display is fairly bright not amazing but not terrible it does the job. I don’t really use the remote but that’s also a cool little thing to have. Screen real estate could be a little better but that’s perfectly ok cause it makes up for it in reliability and software quality. Doesn’t lag or anything either
