My wife is very happy with this receiver. I got it for her for Christmas. I think this is the first gift that she has liked that I've bought for her in years lol.

The person who sold the stuff didn't know much about car audio, but I've been told by a few people that the installers are top shelf techs

Yeah, this purchase was a gift for a friend and so far so good has not been installed but the one that I have this very similar has given me excellent service, but I’m expecting the same with this one

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE RADIO!….but I have a 2014 4 Door jeep wrangler.. the major issues I have with this are: the wireless Apple care play is constantly is dropping and losing signal while driving and sometimes won’t reconnect until I completely shut the car off and reset it. I haven’t done wired CarPlay yet. There have been times where I even had to reset the apple car play entirely. I know jeeps have a radio wire issue by default but this is way worse than what the stock radio would do. Or this could be a wiring issue when it was installed. The AM/FM works amazing though so no complaints there. Some times when on a call I get told I sounds far away or super robotic so I have to sometimes switch to speaker phone. JEEP WRANGLER OWNERS FYI

The head unit is useless. 1 it refuses to automatically connect i must manually sel4ct my android phone. Then the display is blsck for over 60 s4conds .. the 7nit then streams jheart rsdio. I selrct xmaudio and it plays both at the dame time. It then says android auto disconnects snd must reboot..i must press thevreboot button on the display. Later it says maestro is disconnected. Goobgle voice commands reply i dint understand.. i try and connect with the usb the displsy says it is the wrong cable. I use the cable with the phone i have trird 4 cablestoo, no success. I sillbgive best buy install 2 more chance .btw the appt took 2vweeks. The screen glare is unreadable. I have tried to set up mirrored apps from my phone . I cant get rumble... i also vought the ilink engine module to see my car paramters. I see nothing.
The tech support people are US trained and profesdional they said take it bsck to BB.
