Good stereo easy to use sounds great quality of the sound is perfect

Bought this for my granddaughter and she absolutely loves it. The young man who helped us I think his name was Brett was the kindest and most helpful person. He helped us with everything including installing this. He also was extremely honest and gave us a prompt refund on something that wasn’t needed during installation. My son has since gone back to the same store and purchased one for himself.

System works and sounds fantastic! Wireless CarPlay works flawlessly. Lots of fine tuning in adjustment features to really dial in your sound, and the display looks crisp and clear!

We had this installed in my son's 1999 vehicle. He loves it. Said the sound is amazing. All we are missing is a backup camera.

Great sound and quality! Screen has excellent clarity and touch screen works great. The wireless CarPlay was a major selling point and connects immediately. The radio itself is very easy to use.

Decent stereo but I only bought this to replace a malfunctioning unit, the same unit, that I had installed 8 months prior. This unit will likely be returned because even with the best Total Tech package Best Buy offers they try to send the malfunctioning unit out for repair, costing at least two appointments at the stereo installation bay and one open box return, that's IF they managed to fix the original purchase made 8 months prior. If not there will be another installation appointment taking up even more of my work hours and I'm contemplating presenting them with an invoice for the hours of work I'll have missed by the time this transaction is completed. I am not recommending this item due to short life span of 8 months and horrible replacement process through Best Buy Total Tech.

Very nice upgrade to my Ford Taurus X. The wireless android works flawlessly. Had the unit hooked up to my steering wheel controls and it works as it should. Voice commands work good as well as phone calls. Had no issues with sun glare so far. I think that the screen is perfect. So far, no complaints.

I love the wireless carplay, the many extras/accessories it came with, and ease of installation. Would highly recommend, pioneer is a great brand. Fit my 2011 corolla perfectly.

Love this head unit! Sounds phenomenal, external gps antenna, wireless android auto and car play. Straight forward installation. If I have any complaints it's a small one and that's the fact that you have to hook up to your parking brake. If there is a workaround for this unit I couldn't find it so I just went ahead and spliced it in. Worth every penny!

I like the Apple carplay feature, thats my main use. Automatically connects and can use my steering wheel controls. I got it installed at Best Buy and it was definitely worth it!

Best radio ever! I love how it connects with my IPhone always. I can put in directions to where I am going. It keeps track of places I have been . The blue tooth works amazing!

FM tuner/antenna needs to be stronger...user interface is a little confusing at first...add needs to indicate that Sirius XM tuner needs to be added

We purchased this system for my granddaughter's older model vehicle in order to be able to add a backup camera. Mission accomplished! The installation was great and she is not only enjoying the safety of the camera...she also now has a larger touchscreen that she uses for GPS frequently for navigation. Before, she had to rely on her phone screen with a mount for it on the dash. Can't go wrong with Bestbuy and Pioneer!
