I was undecided between pit boss and blackstone , and a friend has blackstone and it gets rusty when he stops using it for a while, that's why i have my pit boss ultimate griddle, and it's very easy to clean . I am very happy with my purchase... !!!

I ordered the Pit Boss after the summer ended and I have not had the opportunity to use it yet, but however I did have the opportunity to see the cooker assembly in Menards and I can’t wait to use mine next year 2025 after winter

The flat top does an amazing job. Food doesnt stick much. The flat top gets very hot if you preheat it at the lowest setting for 10 minutes. Scrapping the food off the flat top with a plastic/nylon spatula is pretty easy. Not much force used there. Made some smash burgers for friends and family and they were a hit. Can fit up to six 3 oz patties easily. I also fit four patties and toasted four buns at the same time. Set some time and space aside to install it. It took about 2 hours. I used my whole living room to spread all the parts out. It rolls around great. The wheels are thick and can withstand rocky trails and tugging.

A big step up from my old char broil grill. I’ve had a couple propane grills that I had to rebuild several times because of rust and was getting tired of it. Decided to step it up on my grill budget and look at a Blackstone vs Pitboss. Money wise I found several cheaper Blackstone options but the seasoning and rust issues turned me away. The Pitboss has a ceramic cooking area that is heavy as hell and as long as you use plastic/silicone tools you will have a nice non stick surface that doesn’t have to be seasoned. The powder coat finish sucks but it has awesome oversized wheels that help it navigate over bumpy terrain. The top cooking surface detaches which is great for camping and tailgating but again, it is super heavy because of the ceramic cooking surface. I have cooked burgers, hot dogs and grilled cheese sandwiches on it and have been very impressed with it so far. Clean up is super easy which is a plus.

it is a little small if you have a larger household. The nice part is that if you want to enjoy your time at the park with a few friends you could just leave the bottom part at home and just detach the top part, put it in the trunk of your car and ride off to the park for a nice grill day!

Very easy to use. Works great on everything so far. I have used it on the stand and portable for camping and it works great. Very happy with the purchase.

Not easy to assemble out of the box but works and cooks excellent. Teflon on griddle makes for easy clean up and drippings box is better than a bucket to catch grease and food tidbits.

Have the 4 burner griddle and now got the 2 burner. Pretty conveneint, easy to assemble if you know how to tighten a screw. About 30-45 min for one person. Easy cleanup after cooking. No more oils n fats spilling on burner. Decent product. Pit boss should include the cover with the girddle for the price to be fair. You have to buy the cover separately or a different one

In my opinion , it's much better than the steel top. No rust to deal with and a lot less food sticks to it. Build quality is good and easy to assemble. A solid buy for sure

We are loving our new Pit Boss griddle style grill. It took a few trial & error grilling experiences to figure out proper temps for the basics like hotdogs & hamburgers- but so easy to use & clean up! Worth every penny!

Sure you don't get flame-kissed food, but the cook is good, things don't fall through a grate, and it's portable. We like to quality construction too. If you want to try a new style of grilling, try this.

Bought for my mother in law. My brother in law has used it a few times and said really good things about. I was finally able to see it assembled in person and really wish I would have bought one for myself as well. It really looks nice set up with the colors, lid and accessories hung from it.

I love and now i cook so much more quick fast and easy meals. Breakfast is done so fast because its large i can have pancakes , eggs and bacon at the same time. Will be hosting brunches at my house more

The best gas griddle I’ve ever used! Quality of Pit Boss is always spot on as well. The ceramic cooktop is great addition as well! Couldn’t be happier.
