I Saw this movie when it came out in the theaters way back when Loved it then love it now it's a beautiful picture and it's fun I love how the monsters stay out of you it's dark and Just your imagination scares you more than the monsters do themselves

Pitch Black is a fun movie, but don't over think it. This 4K version is good, but there's no Dolby Atmos if you're looking for that.

This movie looks and sounds great in 4k ! I’m impressed with this transfer . Kudos to the boutique company that made the restoration in 4k . Great science fiction horror movie.

The 1st movie was the best... And finally it's in it's best version ever. Now they just need to do the Chronicles of Riddick. The movie has never looked better... And the special effects hold up well.

I bought the DVD years ago, and upgraded to the BluRay when it first came out. I'm glad I upgraded to the 4k version. Arrow Video did a great job on this release. I hope they re-release the other two movies in this series on 4K.

Top notch 4K out of Arrow Video. This is how 4K should look, honest to God I absolutely love that it was just a 4K disc as I never use blu rays on my 4K player unless bonus features or commentary tracks are limited to it.

Some call it derivative while I call it entertaining. There are a few lapses of logic that give way to the sheer presence of all the cast involved. Each actor really gave their all in this movie and upped the believability level. My only complaint focuses on the creature designs of Patrick Tatopolous. All his monsters look the same.

Hugh quality scan of a cult classic. The HDR really brings out the details in the shadows, of which there are many! You won’t regret this one.

I wanted this in 4K and did not disappoint. Picture quality is well done great transfer to 4K and great LFE for the subs, another great 4K for my collection.

One of the best sci fi horror movies out there... early into vin Diesil career... also the fact that this was Arrow video’s first 4k disc transfer and made it look so good with more detail and new colors... day one pick up

I have loved this movie when it came out many moons ago. I bought this movie specifically because my wife had never seen it, and there was as deal on the special tin cans to hold the movies. We bought both this one and the 2nd one, and watched them both coming home from Colorado. :) It's definitely a great sci-fi movie. :)

Always loved this movie and it's original take on Sci-fi horror thriller genre. There are no wasted scenes and the 4k upgrade is sharp, only wish something more since with audio. One of my favorite 4k remastered movies.

This movie was an amazing transfer. Arrow Video did a great job with their first 4K release. This is up there with some of the best 4K films. Hopefully the success of this film leads to more transfers from Arrow Video!

Great addition, lots of extras for those that really want to take a deep dive to what went into making. Love the cover art/design. Solid purchase all around.

I love this movie. It’s such an underrated sci-fi flick that’s intriguing, freaky, and a bit terrifying at times. Also who didn’t love Vin Diesel in this?

I'd be shocked if the 4K transfer is any good as this movie is generally known to be pretty blurry and rough in some scenes. But it shows the ruggedness of the movie and its a great quality.

The first Riddick movie and I liked it very much. Vin Diesel was perfect for the role and the story was well written. I also like the other 2 films that came later just as much.

Are you a fan of action movies and Vin Diesel? If so then "Pitch Black" should scratch that itch you've been having. This film will go along nicely with "The Chronicles of Riddick" which I already own. Now I just need to get my hands on a copy of "Riddick" to complete my collection.

Arrow continues to impress with their 4K catalog releases. If any movie can benefit from the HDR that 4K provides, it's this one. Hadn't watched this in a long time, and it didn't disappoint!

One of my all time favorite sci fi / horror movies. The way it was filmed with different colored camera lenses is what I enjoyed the most. Movie looks great in blu ray and 4K. Worth the upgrade.
