From the world of Disney Pixar's Cars, is Planes starring Dusty a crop duster that wants to race. He meets new characters and learns a few things. My nephew loved both of the Cars movies and this seemed to keep him interested. The characters aren't as developed or likeable, but for a child, it will keep him/her interested for a while. Its been around a month since he first watched this movie, but he has rewatched it a few times.

This is a great film about going outside the box. All our lives we are told to go and be more than we are, but our educators limit us with what they teach. This movie is about breaking free from what you have been taught and becoming so much more. With the help of his friends, Dusty Crophopper becomes a great leader and racer.

Another great movie from Disney!! This movie is family friendly & for all ages!! If you love Cars, Cars 2, & Mater Tales you'll love Planes!! The story of how an underdog no matter how badly the chips are stacked against them can win with heart, pride, confidence & honor!! Highly recommend you add this to your movie collection!!

At first I really didn't know what to expect from this movie, but bought it anyway for my nephew and we all fell for the lovable characters. Love the idea of how being a simple "crop duster" doesn't define how one see themselves. Great message of encouragement, hard work and how dreaming the impossible can pay off.

My son really enjoyed this movie and that is primarily who this is designed for. The animation is tops and the talent that goes into making these films is amazing. It was fun to watch and I know my son had a great time. He is a big fan of the "Cars" movies so it was very easy for him to get into this as well.

I personally love Cars, and so does my two year old son. We got this for him as a Christmas gift. The price was right and it came with the digital copy. Since you can now sync your Disney Digital movies across multiple accounts (Google Play, iTunes, Disney, Amazon...) it was an easy choice.

Needed a wifi connection since I wanted to move my PC away from my router and did not want to run any Cat 5 cable. This item was on sale at a terrific price, ordered it, picked it up at the store, moved the PC, plugged it into a USB port and in almost no time I was up and running.

This movie is pretty good. It's not quite as good or well put together as the Cars movie; however, it is a good change up for sure. Our son does like to watch this movie and it keeps his attention, though, not usually for the whole thing. It is nice to have another animated movie for him to watch. Ours came with the digital download which is great when we are on the go!

This movie has quickly become a family favorite for movie night! Everyone loves getting the 3D glasses on and gearing up for this awesome Disney movie. The characters were done right and the plot leaves you wanting more of it! I'm sure the sequel will be added to our collection.

I orginally purchased this Bluray for my grand children. But I have to admit I truely enjoyed the film. I've watched it more than once and everytime I've seen it I notices something different in the back ground and something I missed while laughing at the extremely funny parts.

Like cars, only with planes, though I liked this movie better than Cars. Our kids were asking if there will be a movie about boats next. Good simulated views from above. Good moral lessons of helping fellow neighbor, and conquering fears. Has more geography lessons than cars. Has a few international stereotypes. Would recommend but not wholeheartedly.

I have always loved the animated movies and cartoons, Planes is another hit. It's nice to have something the whole family can enjoy together. The young ones never tire of watching again and again. Well worth the money. Our family has a nice collection going.

This is a great movie for kids! And also a great movie for adults who appreciate the graphic design that goes into making these movies. Very entertaining.

My son is a huge fan of the Cars series and I came across this movie. It is a great compliment to the Cars movies and we have this movie and the second one. The characters and story line is great and child friendly.

Bought this Planes DVD for my boys. They love the movie and the fact that it comes with a digital copy was a huge bonus! I redeemed the digital copy through VUDU and now the kids can watch it anywhere we have Wi-Fi or on any device we download it onto.

We enjoy short 3 or 4 day vacations with our 3 year old grandson, Blaise. Movies like this are perfect for transitioning from active daytime to bedtime. Grandma and Grandpa are blessed to have such a fine boy in our lives.

As an aerospace engineer with a 2 year old, I appreciate the chance to get my kid excited about planes. There is a good scene that talks about lift and drag, which mostly checks out on accuracy. Overall a good story for adults and kids.

I bought this because my daughter wanted to have movies that she could install on her Ipad through the Disney Anywhere App. This movie allowed us to do that. It also came with both blue ray and DVD which is great to have a copy in the house and in the car.

I wasn't sure about this one when we got it but we watched it as a family and everyone enjoyed it. We have watched it again as a family and after the second time we all love it! Great family movie awesome for family movie night! It will entertain all ages!

Another hit from Disney. We have a 6 and 3 year old. They both loved Cars movie, so really looked forward to the Planes. The movie did not disappoint. They loved the plot, graphics and what's not to like about planes and flying. Highly recommended.
