This bluetooth earpiece is an essential tool for talking while driving, shopping, working, etc. Very good sound, volume control and LONG battery life. With the USB charger, I just charge it on my laptop while working and then its ready for hours more hands-free communication.

This is my second Plantronics. The first one I had went dead unexpectedly about a week ago; it was my go to single ear audio device for seven or eight years. Never a problem! I purchased this the day after my other one quit; it’s great! Great clarity, good connectivity and long-distance.

The sound, talk time and comfort are great, but I wish I could press it and tell it to call someone, like Siri or Alexa on the phone. I had one that did that once!

Works better than other earpieces I've tried. Holds a charge and fits comfortably. However, the volume is a little low at max. Also, the USB charger that came with it stopped working.

Plantronics has always been a synonym of great quality and value. It does what it is supposed to do.

I love it, light weight and feels great. The sound quality is amazing. And the distance you go from your phone with out interferance is great. My only draw back is the 6 hour talk time. The last platrontics I had was 11 hour. Everthing else is top notch amazing. Im pleased with my purchase.

The ear piece I love, fits great in my ear doesn't hurt or anything after it's been in for a while. Sound quality is wonderful and I haven't gotten a complaint about how I sound yet.

Good clarity on both ends of phone. However does not come with enough rubber ear pieces to accommodate variety of society shapes of ears. As a result my ear has developed a very nasty sore from where it goes up around the front side of my ear.

This is a very good blue tooth headset. Great at canceling background noise and very clear audio.
