Good, but low volume

This one is about as reliable but I notice that it's harder for me to hear the volume. For instance if I am in the car driving with the window open, I can't hear phone calls/music/audiobooks as clearly as I could on the other one. I have owned 2-3 headsets of this model and can say that it's definitely the model, not the individual headpiece.
