THERE WAS A SHORTAGE IN THE CORD IN A WEEK

So, with that being said, I chose these because the reviews said it wasn't a bad option for gaming...but, I would beg to differ, In under a week the cord has shorted and I have to jiggle it to be able to speak or hear. I DID NOT MISHANDLE MY HEADPHONES IN ANY WAY! In fact, I store them in the original packaging each night. I don't understand... so, I'm done. I'm returning them ASAP.

If the audio cuts in and out unless the connector is placed at a specific angle this might indicate a problem with your unit's cable. We recommend that you test the headset on a different device (for example a PC or cellphone) in order to determine if the issue is on your headset or the device it's connected to. I noticed that the headset adjustments didn't slide up and down. The headset on each side had only three slots to pop the head set out and then into another slot. This caused the headset not to fit perfectly. Either too tight or too loose. Then during use the mic stopped transmitting. I could hear everything, but no one could hear me. I returned and exchanged it the next day.
