    It was time to replace me blue parrot and I've had other plantronics in the past so I tried this one but I prefer the 450

    Do not buy this product. I purchase mine on 05/09/19. As of today 07/16/19 it is not working and will not charge. I tried going back to Plantronics for refund but can't get one. All they are willing to do is replacement. I really don't want another one but have no choice at this pig

Charging issues with Bluetooth headsets can be a problem caused by the power source, cable or the product itself (it can be the charging connector or the battery on some cases). You may want to try charging the headset using a different charging cable and power source to completely isolate the issue. If for some reason you still encounter the same issue, then it means it has an actual problem and it is best to replace it. For any kinds of refunds, it needs to be done directly with the place of purchase within the 14-30 days of purchase (depending on their policy). Please note the life span of the product depends on the usage but on many cases they last for way past their warranty period.     Purchased Headset 11/12/18, after trying multiple headsets, this has been the best I've tried. Can hear clearly, does have a little feedback,which most of them have that ,fits comfortably on head . For the price it was worth it. If I had to, I would purchase another one. would recommend to my friends. Not only for truckers,but for anyone, hands free

    We have an panasonic KX-TGD560 cordless phone system with bluetooth. You can transfer your cellular phone's address list to it easily and, of course, you can have a bluetooth headset. The phone was easy to pair with the headset and it was easy to answer a call with it. However, I have not found directions how to make a call, in other words, how to connect the bluetooth headset once you use the handset to dial. I wrote to Support to explain my problem and ask for help. I was supposed to get an email back in one business day. This did not happen. So I made a call to Support. It was not a very good connection (bad for a phone company) plus the lady I talked to did not have a clue. As soon as she figured out that I had a problem her first reaction was that the voyager 104 was is a very basic headset! Well, it was clear from there on that I would not get anywhere with her. I tried, explained it a couple of times, but, hey, when things are basis, what can you expect. I was about to pack up the phone to bring it back, but I thought it must have the option to connect. Then I saw that in the manual that the mute button is multifunctional (for mute, and to activate a voice-enabled assistant) and I tried to press it and it did connect with the phone system once I used the handset. I had to press it twice for about a second. So it works now and it is a nice phone. I gave three stars since I almost brought it back because of basically non existent support. The excuse that this phone is basic is beyond belief. So, if you have a problem with this phone, you have a problem.

    Poor product

    Purchased 2 of these headsets in December of 2018. Have really liked them until now. 1 unit will not charge at all. Have tried different plugs and cables with no luck. Have read reviews elsewhere and finding the same issues are common place.
