I bought 3 of these for my office and all of them were performing the same way, no one could hear us or we would sound like in a cave. I set it up according to the manual. I called Plantronics and they gave me a different config and everything sounds great. The handset lift is nice but after using awhile there is a delay in the lift, not sure if that is battery related or not.

I needed this device to be used all across 1 story house. Worked great until I got to my study which is across the house and then the range limits kicked in. Not sure if mutliple walls between study and room my corded phone has to be in (Vonage service) but could have been limiting factor. Unfortunatley had to return b/c of this but other than that it seemed to work great.

It is a realy plug and play acessory. Very easy to use and the sound´s quality is perfect. Fits very well in the ear and does not cause any pain due to the long period wearing it. I strongly recommend it for those people, like me, that can´t stand keep holding a telephone !

Great headset, great price. I love it! It works perfect at my office where i am expected to make 100 calls a day.

i dont understand why one works well and one has all the feedback and clients cant hear me.
