I really like all the content and music services which Sonos Play 5 is compatible with. The Radio by TuneIn has almost every over the air radio station in my area. I heavily use the Spotify Service. The system is very compact, attractive and the overall sound is very good. The only thing is it took me a bit of time to understand the queuing system but I understand it now and it makes sense.

Good sound quality works great on WIFI simple to set up and you use a smart phone to play from your library or music service

If you are into home automation, this is the system for you! The Sonos system works great with all of my other WiFi gear via a Revolv hub. The Play:5 is much better sounding than the Play:3, I have them both. Want a totally cool effect? Get some Philip Hue bulbs to go with your Sonos & download the "Hue Disco" app... Awesome!

The Sonos Play 5 are awesome. We used them for our outdoor holiday events and everyone falls in love with the. The only thing I would recommend is that your internet speed is fast. Easy to set up.

Best sound for the money. Super easy to use and very easy to move from room to room. I would recommend this to anyone.

This was our 5th speaker unit. We have both the Play-3 and Play-5 units. Our living room has 2 speakers set to stereo and hooked to the TV. They are great for music and movies. The rest are great for casually hanging out, parties, indoor and outdoor use and more. They have broadened our media experience. We also love the variety of options for what you can play on the system. There are so many audio opportunities online and SONOS accesses most and is always adding more.

Great sound in a large room, very,very easy to set up. Have app on separate iPads, sometimes confuses playback.

Very satisfied with my purchase - exactly what I was looking for. Took about 3 minutes to set up and use -- and I am not a tech-savvy person. Will be adding to my Sonos set up very soon.

I love it until I wanted to connect my cellphone to the speaker without using my WiFi connection Even tho it has a aux port in the back it will not play you still need to use your Sonos controller. That mean you need a network connection and can't be use as a stand alone speaker

I had a friend who introduced me to Sonos about 2 years ago. It had been on my wish list and finally I went and got one about a month ago. I love Many differnt genres of music so this is ideal. I've literally listened everyday- simply operating from my phone. It has caused me to watch less TV and get things accomplished in the house. Love it!

Overall a better option for me than other portable sound systems. I wanted to be able to have speakers in different rooms and be able to play separately. I do wish there was a battery option and in aux input to use at the beach.

Had the Sonos Play 5 wireless speaker system for about a month and overall I'm very happy with the system. Within about 30 minutes of setting up the system I had music streaming. I think the speaker system lacks some of the fullness of even a Bose system (good mid range sound but lacks quality highs or lows) but for the room that I was installing it in it does just fine. One thing to consider, if this is your first Sonos purchase you will need a Sonos Bridge to extend your wireless network to the speaker system.

I purchased this speaker to place outside in my patio. (I also purchased the wall mount for this speaker from an outside vendor, and am happy with that too.) I have two other Sonos playbars and sub woofers in my home, and adding this for the outside completes my system! Very happy with the sound quality and the fact that you can play different music sources by using the app! So happy I purchased the Sonos system.

A five star speaker, but I think the price is to high.
