Wow...talk about a performance increase...my computer is now about 30% faster and there are absolutely no hickups with large audio or video files. This PNY Ram is a fantastic upgrade. I got the 1.35 low voltage version, in order to dissapate less heat. Thus, making for a more stable running environment. I thought about going with cas 9 ram. However, since the 8GB stick that was loaded from the factory is cas 11, there was really no sense in going with cas 9 for the upgrade. In my previous experience, one cannot tell the difference, anyway. At least not unless you are conducting very stringent benchmark testing. I'm not that geekish. Therefore, this RAM does the job wonderfully. I'm very happy with this purchase. The price was right, also. Best Buy kep their word and matched the price, accordingly. By the way, Best Buy is my favorite place to shop for tech gear. They have always treated me like a king. Buy this Ram. You will be happy you did!

I ordered this set of 16GB Ram (8GB X 2) from my local Best Buy store and it arrived at my home about three days later. Shipping was fast. I opened the package, verified that the correct product was shipped, opened the back of my Asus Pro ROG Gaming Laptop Computer, installed both sticks in the two available slots, put the back on my computer, fired it up, and the new RAM was immediately recognized. Wanted to push the ram for my PC notebook to the max, and this was the best value I could find with the exact specs I needed. Easy install, and it works PERFECTLY with my laptop. Very happy, and glad I took the time to research the product... RECOMMENDED

Works for my laptop, but no serial numbers associated with these memory sticks.

Used this as a low voltage ram upgrade, speed things up so much more, worth every penny if this is what your laptop recommends(as in low voltage ram)

The memory worked fine for a couple of weeks and then started causing crashes. One stick fails testing. The other is fine. The company will not replace the product.

This memory will not work in the new IMac Retina even though the specifications are correct. Worked fine until you tried to run a video or other taxing operation at which point the screens would freeze and the computer would crash.

I installed on my new Mid 2012 Macbook Pro 13” 2.5ghz model with i5 processor. Worked great at first, but randomly will glitch my screen and freeze. I have tried the 1.5v version and this Low Voltage version, but both do the same thing. Memory test is ok. I have reverted back to the stock 4gb for now, with no issues.
