I purchased the PNY-GeForce GT 610 Graphic Card - 810 MHz Core - 1 GB DDR3 SDRAM - PCI Express 2.0 x16 to replace an NVIDIA GeForce Graphic Card I purchased in 2008 with 512 MB of memory that was installed in my old Windows XP Desktop that was never shutdown, with the exception of a short power outage, until November 2014. I replaced that computer with a mini-tower & Windows 7 SP1 PRO and wanted to update the Graphic Card, even though the old card still worked. Fortunately I found the GeForce GT 610 Graphic Card with 810 MHz Core & 1 GB DDR3 SDRAM at My Local Best Buy Store, I purchased it on line and had it held at my local store & was able to pick it up during Best Buy's extended Holiday Hours. I installed the card, ran the installation CD and was connected to the New GeForce Website that automatically updated my drivers and software. I am not a gamer but the GeForce Website also sets up your games, keeps you in the high score loop and other game functions. If you go to the GeForce Website you will see what I mean. I also found that the GeForce GT 610 Graphic Card was on sale for under $40.00, A GREAT BUY & AN AWESOME GRAFICS CARD. THANKS BEST BUY

Bought this when it was on sale for $35 and then used some of my reward points so got it for $25. Very pleased with it. I was using a Radeon 4250 card which was giving me problems after a year. Finally decided to change a card after seeing this card on sale. No more problems and works just fine doing everyday pc stuff. Probably limited in what it can do if playing graphic intensive pc games. Went with the 1gb instead of 2gb because online reviews say there is no obvious difference when it comes to entry level cards.

I bought this video hard to replace the lame graphics card installed on my Dell's motherboard. I was worried they might fight for control, but the NVIDIA card installed easily and worked seamlessly. Now I have a picture all the out to the edges of my new LCD monitor! Seriously, it's not for hard core gamers, but for most people this is all the card you need. And it's at a great price point.

I put this graphics card in my second computer that i use for a backup. I have the HDMI hooked up to my TV and watch movies and also videos from cameras. Very good quality picture for a 1GB card. The video card was very easy to install and set up.

I'm a novice when it comes to computer hardware, this was beyond easy to put in. Easy setup and directions. Love the results. Breathed new life into my PC. With Windows 10..even better

While on vacation, my sister's asked me to look at her PC. System would not boot up and gave the dreaded beep codes which indicated a Video Card issue. Replaced the card with this one and works great. Great value for the price. Gave it to her as an early Christmas present.

Bought this for a customer who had an aging GeForce 8400GS. Stopped his lag, runs cooler, & has way better graphics. Small size, so it fits anything, even has low profile brackets. HDMI support, 3D as well.

Great graphics card for the price. Installation is fairly easy. Took a little to get the drivers updated but once I got thru that the rest was easy. It does what I needed it to do to run certain design programs.

Easy installation. It worked great for my Old XP PC. Needed a PCI graphic Card for upgrade. worked great after it. My PC got little slower in cost of updating to Windows 7 but it was understandable due to my PC configuration. Also I could go to windows 10 (I have not done it so I cant comment on its performance yet). Graphics are cleaner. Good for multi-screen (if needed). I would command to purchase this if you upgrading to new OS (but NOT if you have low end processor and RAM, IT would slow down the performance, unless upgrading those too).

Awesome card for being somewhat basic. Installation was a breeze. Would recommend this card for any "newbie" or "basic" gamer. NVidia has always outperformed the "price" they charge. Awesome performance, awesome price, highly recommended!!

I purchased the PNY - GeForce GT 610 to replace an antique video card in an older C2D computer. It works great and is compatible with Windows 10. If you need just a basic card, I would recommend this one for the price.

bought this to be able to use two screens ..absolutely worth the money. now I can have school on one screen and work on the other and not have to switch back and forth! love it! easy installation and works very well!

To replace a computer that had died, I picked up a small form factor Dell Optiplex. But it had a very poor video system. Found out the Dell graphics card for the system was basically an nVidia GT210. The GT610 is a newer, more powerful version. The half-height card slipped in with only one problem: the fan on the card was hitting the HD holder. An old credit card used as a spacer fixed that problem. Otherwise I'd give it 5 stars. The graphics are clean and the update is fast enough that I'm not waiting on the card to catch up. Not what you want for a high-end MMORPG, but good enough for most standard computer games.

Bought card for the kids to play minecraft. The motherboard video was not cutting it. This card fixed the problem and gives fluid graphics. It also helped system memory by isolating video ops to the card and freeing up ram for other ops. Very pleased with the value of this card

This video card was at a great price with all the features needed to upgrade a motherboard with built-in video port. It is much faster, provides several different video ports and very good compatability.

Good value for the price. Nvidia bundled software/drivers. Good replacement for older on board video. Hdmi is a plus. Not really suitable for gaming.

Got this because the onboard graphics in my old Win7 tower was not Win10 compatible. Easy to install physically, Machine accepted it and used it immediately, no glitches or delays, plus it enabled the upgrade to Windows 10 by getting a compatible graphics card on board. Would rather not to have had to spend the money for a new graphics card, but I feel the better system performance under windows 10 was worth it.
