Customers appreciate the GeForce RTX 5070 for its good performance, effective cooling, and quiet operation. Many users find the build quality reliable and are satisfied with the card's size and power consumption. However, some customers feel that the card should have more VRAM.

For 2025 this is a decent GPU. Warning not only is this GPU loud but also runs hot normally, make sure to monitor for proper cooling

GPU itself is solid, very happy with price to performance at MSRP however I think 2/3 fans have bad bearings that cause and irritation noise whenever the gpu fans are on. I will either be RMAing or returning.

Better options for the price with AMD card is alright runs a little bit below a 4070 super which is crazy because it was promised to run equivalent to a 5090

Very poor performance for the value. Disappointing product iverall, would not reccomend a 5070. The 9070 I got for less money was about a 25% performance improvement.

The build quality has definitely declined in the past few years. I have a crushed fan pin header on my card. Luckily it was easy enough to deal with on my own. Not suggested.

Dead on arrival - Couldn’t get my computer to start when it was plugged in, the display would freeze and get stuck. Spent a lot of time trouble shooting and reseting, nothing worked. Went back to my old nvidia card.

If it was a $400 card I would have kept it.

SO overpriced. Really not worth msrp $550. I returned it and purchased a used $200 amd 6000 series card. If you like raytracing and AI workloads than go for it.
if you have 3070 or higher OR a 7700xt or higher amd card you can skip this generation from AMD and wait to catch it used market in a year or two or wait for next generation.
"Lossless Scaling" a $7 app on steam gets you frame generation on any GPU admittedly its not as good as nvidia, but it makes you think.

I ordered this card to replace my 3070, which was a mistake. I threw thus 5070 in, and any game i played, the frames were worse than my 3070. I checked task manager while doing hardware demanding things, and my gpu usage never went above 40%. Again id be getting less frames with the 5070 than the 3070. I had my 3070 paired with a 5950x, which i knew was getting outdated. I found a 5700X3D for $200, so i went and bought that because i thought maybe my cpu was the issue. I was wrong.frames went up with 3070 but somehow got even worse with thr 50 series. I just returned the card and im now using my 3070 again. Id say if you can get the card at msrp, then go for it, maybe i just got unlucky. I wouldnt pay a dime over it though.
