The 12 gb vram is a scary limit. On my tv (4k 120hz), I could see it stuck on that limit, which is why I returned it. But I guess most people would use it with a 2k monitor. My main monitor is a 2k one, but 12 gb barely cuts it now. Lot of games with 2k ultra go above 10gb very easily, so I had to return this and get a 16gb card.
The card itself is quite nice! PNY is lesser known, but the card build was solid, it performed better than avg 5070s on 3dmark (it should! these are oc cards), and barely makes any noise compared to my cpu aio.

I recently upgraded to the PNY GeForce RTX 5070, and it’s been an excellent decision. The performance is outstanding — I play demanding titles like Cyberpunk 2077, Elden Ring, and Red Dead Redemption 2 at 1440p with ray tracing and DLSS on, and the frame rates stay consistently high and smooth.
Thermals are well-managed — even under full load, the GPU rarely goes above 65°C, and the fans are surprisingly quiet. Build quality is solid, and installation was quick and easy in my ATX case.
I also use this card for video editing in Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve, and the CUDA acceleration has made a noticeable difference in rendering speed.
✅ Highlights:
• Excellent 1440p and ray tracing performance
• Quiet and efficient cooling system
• Reliable build quality from PNY
• Great for both gaming and productivity tasks
If you’re looking for a high-performance GPU without going all the way to a 5080 or higher, this 5070 offers one of the best performance-to-price ratios right now. Highly recommended!

6700xt to 5070 big uplift In performance!

I recently upgraded to the PNY 5070 and I’m really impressed. Coming from a 6700XT, the uplift is huge—not just in raw performance but also in the overall experience. NVIDIA’s drivers are a lot smoother and more reliable compared to what I dealt with before with amd, which makes a big difference day-to-day. The card itself runs quiet and stays cool, even when gaming for long sessions. Overall, I’m really happy with the switch. If you can get it for $549 or lower then id recommend, anything more then $549 then no and wait.
One thing worth noting: make sure to check CPU benchmarks on "YouTube" to see if your processor might bottleneck the card.

Great card at 1440p, stays cool and quiet while not using a ton of power.
Has +10% on the Msi afterburner power slider and with a little core and vram push mine gained 12% more fps in games making it as fast as a stock 4070ti super or 6% slower than a stock 9070xt while costing $175 cheaper (32% less)
Great card, if your coming from anything older than a Rtx 3000 card this will be a great upgrade and being msrp is a huge plus.
Pic is of the pny 5070 on top and the Msi gaming trio 5070 on the bottom. The Msi is $107 more, it runs 3c cooler and doesn’t boost as high as the pny card

Coming from a power-hungry RTX 3080, the PNY 5070 OC feels like a breath of fresh air. Where the 3080 often pulled 350W+ during gaming (even \~275W when undervolted), the 5070 OC sips under 170W with an undervolt—an impressive achievement for a card that can comfortably handle 4K gaming.
Thermals & Acoustics
The 5070 OC runs cool and whisper-quiet, hovering around 65°C under load. This improved efficiency not only cuts down heat but also keeps fan noise low, making for a much more pleasant long-session gaming experience.
Performance & Upgrade Value
Don’t expect massive leaps in raw horsepower over the 3080—performance gains are modest. But the real value is in its efficiency and thermals. For gamers prioritizing a quieter setup, lower energy consumption, and still-solid 4K performance, the 5070 OC finds a great balance.
Pros
* Excellent power efficiency (sub-170W undervolted)
* Quiet operation, even at load
* Cool temps around 65°C
* Strong 4K gaming performance
Cons
* Modest uplift compared to RTX 3080
* Not ideal for those chasing big FPS gains
**Verdict:** If you’re upgrading from a 3080 purely for performance, the 5070 OC won’t blow you away. But if you value efficiency, silence, and cooler operation without losing 4K capability, it’s a worthy upgrade.

I recently got the PNY RTX 5070, and honestly, I’m really happy with it. For the price, the performance is excellent — it handles 1440p gaming smoothly and even pushes solid frame rates at 4K on some titles. Temps stay under control, and it’s quiet, even under load. Ray tracing performance is solid too, and DLSS 3 makes a big difference in newer games.
I was also surprised how power-efficient it is compared to older cards. Overall, it hits a great balance between performance and cost — definitely worth it if you’re looking for a GPU that can handle modern games without spending top-tier money.

This is the only RTX 5070 you can find in stock at the $549.99 MSRP. I bought this as an upgrade over my 3060 Ti. I'm getting an average of about 75% performance uplift at 1440p.
The card has good build quality, and runs quiet. The cooler isn't amazing, but is certainly enough for this level of GPU.

This guy works with like a champ. It was a great upgrade from my 2070super. I got way more detail in my graphics along with a fps increase. With the new dlss/dlaa and the frame gen set to 2x it is super smooth with no added langency. I even stated running games with dlaa vs dlss beucase I run on 1080p and was getting really great fps in Battlefeild 5 and Arc Raiders.

At MSRP this is a great card in the current market. It runs incredibly cool, no coil whine, and looks great. I tried to hold out for an 9070xt but just grabbed what I could. Performance is incredible coming from an RTX 3060 that began having microstutter issues, paired with my i5 14400f.
Again, at MSRP this is a solid card for the price. Nothing more to note about it.

This RTX 5070 handles everything I throw at it—AAA games, 3D rendering, video editing—you name it. Frame rates are buttery smooth, and temps stay under control thanks to the triple fan design. Installation was easy and performance is just amazing. Great value for the power you’re getting!

Moving from a 1080 to this has been the greatest idea ever made. I’ve never seen the temps get above 55 running everything 1440p 120hz ultra settings. I also love the lack of RGB because it’s next to where I sleep. The price is unbeatable in comparison with any other 5070 card brand. It runs like a champ and benched above average straight out of the box.

I bought this before GPUs go any higher. Solid performance at 3440x1440. I had a 4070 but my wife had a 8 Gb GPU, so swapped them. This is one of the very few you can get for MSRP for now. Tech reviews want to rag on this card comparing is to 4070 super and Ti. But it is a solid performance bump over the standard 4070 that I was using. Sure I don’t have 16Gb VRAM but should be able to make that work for several
Years to come.

This is one of the few 5070s at MSRP, and it's definitely made all the right priorities. Super stable, consistently high performance, and relatively compact. I'd say my only complaint is pretty obvious coil whine and some weird noises whenever I move the UI at all, but that's such a complex issue that it can't be fully pinned on the GPU. Overall a great subtle pick from a recognizable brand

Great GPU – Looks and Runs Amazing
Bought the PNY RTX 5070 Triple Fan from Best Buy and it’s been awesome. It looks sleek in my case and the triple-fan design keeps it cool and quiet. It runs demanding games like Cyberpunk 2077 and Hogwarts Legacy on ultra settings without breaking a sweat. Great performance, great design—highly recommend!

Upgraded from an 8GB VRAM 4060ti card to this and it's been great. My old msi card had bugs and issues with the fans properly ramping up with temperature curves but PNY cards have never let me down. I've personally never had an issue with PNY cards and this card still holds true for this. I get to enjoy playing the same games I always have but at better framerates since I upgraded. It is a triple fan card but you'll find it has like 20-30 more millimeters of clearance than previous cards you've owned. PNY cards have been reliable for me. I've owned this card for about a month now. Before it was their 4060ti card. Though, I wish PNY was just a tiny bit cheaper, I suppose.

I picked up the PNY RTX 5070 mostly for 1080p and some light 1440p gaming, and so far it's been great. Most games run super smooth on high or ultra settings, and the temps stay decent thanks to the triple-fan cooler (a bit loud under load, but not terrible).
