There are few mechanics that make the game poor. The first being that Pro-Controller cannot be used making gameplay uncomftorable. The catching system is a pain due to how you have to throw the remote. Finally the only way to accel is by catching multiple of the same pokemon like go it is annoyin that just battling will not be able to make you advance to the next area.

Good first pokemon game for the switch. The pokeball thing is a bit gimicky but overall experience is fun.

Let’s Go was designed for newcomers and long time fans. It’s been a fun and reminiscent gaming experience.

Pokemon has changed a lot. This game is more for the new/young kids of today but still a fun game to play.

I purchased this for my granddaughter as a Christmas gift. Was glad to find it easily at Best Buy! I know i can depend on Best Buy to replace it if for any reason she finds something wrong with it.

Haven't played a Pokemon game sense Red. Its essentially the same mechanics with mostly a visual refresh.

This game was purchased for my 8 year old daughter. She's enjoying the simple gameplay and interactions.

this game is fun. i got it to play with my kid niece and she loves it. i just wish it wasn't full price.

I did not enjoy the new wild Pokémon capture system. But this one is better than Pikachu, in my opinion.

This game is so good as its nice how it brings back my child hood memories. You start out as Eevee and get to explore the world of Kanto with updated graphics and visuals compared to the original gameboy games. Its fun and great to play as it is two player couch co op.

Great game. Love the fact that it’s the original Pokémon. Reminded me of the TV show growing up.

The way they have altered the game is slightly different but i feel ones i get use to it ill love it.

Great game for pokemon lovers of all ages. Controls are easy, graphics are good. Easy time waster.

I haven't gone through the full game yet, only played a few hours with my girlfriend. It isn't what I expected, the only thing I don't really like is the removal of PC boxes. All your Pokemon are stored in with you at all times and you just pick and chose which is your fighting party. No more random encounters is a plus for me, I like the new catching system. This game is a fun distraction to last until the core RPG coming next year.

The kiddo is really into pokemon and plays whenever he gets the chance.

Good pokemon game..but overly simplified..great for a beginer before sword/sheild come out
