ive been a long time fan of the games and show since childhood and i enjoyed these new installments just the same. at first initally i didnt like the ideal of open world but the more i played it and got used to it the more i enjoyed it thought the graphics and stuff looked very nice

This is probably the best Pokémon game they have ever made, it is graphically not the best, some sections look good some are rough around the edges. It could use more time to get polished and programmed. Aside from that it is an excellent game and probably the most fun I had in a pokemon game sense the initial release when I was a child being mesmerized by this franchise. They changed so much about th usual fromula but in a good way and they keep a lot of the same elements that you know and love but just make it better. I believe they will patch and optimize the game with update like they did with sword and shield when the dlc comes out in a few months.if you love or enjoy Pokémon games you will love this and if your a new to the franchise it’s easy enough to jump right in and have a blast, tons of content and hours upon hours of fun!

I love this double pack! I am a big pokemon fan and have purchased every pokemon game for the switch. This is no exception. There is a slowdown and such because this game is not greatly optimized for the system. Keep that in mind. But issues aside even with the patch, the game is enjoyable. I don't regret my purchase.

The game is actually pretty good !! I personally think its better than sword and shield but it still has glaring problems. There reall is no benefit to getting this double pack unless youreally want the extra pokeballs that you can easily fet in game or you intend to get both versions.

Double the fun! My kid loves Pokemon so this was an instant fave!

This game is very fun to play it takes the open world elements from Pokémon Arceus and adds back the classic battling mechanics. It is pretty poorly optimized for the switch and is quite laggy at points but it still is a very fun game. Definitely room for improvement but much better than the most recent previous generations.

ignoring how many glitches there are this is the most innovative a pokemon game has been since x&y. If you like open world rpgs and pokemon the game is a must buy. The double pack comes with 2 redeem codes for 100 pokeballs each which was dope so you can start the game ready to catch a bunch of critters.

Games got bugs, and is relatively easy if you know how to play. If you don't that's okay. It is really good for beginners and shiny hunters, but not that great for hardcore or OG players. Maybe a Nuzlocke? I don't know man.

It's had a lot of bugs when i played it on it's released date. Overtime nintendo probably fixed the bugs. Unlike the other pokemon games this one had several different story plots. The stories was ok, i think it has more potential to be better. Most of the new pokemon i didn't like but I'm an og pokemon fan. I got 200 pokeballs so that was great. Compared to the previous nintendo switch pokemon games this was a downer, especially after playing arceus. You can tell they was in a rush to make the money than putting work into the game. I would've rather the released date pushed forward a few more years so they could've put more effort into making the game.

Despite what many say, this is an excellent entry and evolution in the Pokémon series. Yes, there's some framerate issues and pop-in but they're not nearly as bad as people make it out to be. This is just fun.

Yes you heard about the glitches but they been patched and with the new dlc coming in December 14 you missing out on the best pokemon battles and the event with double the shiny encounter they're doing lately.

Game has a ton of pros and cons. If you like Pokemon then you will probably like it. Big con is the performance. If you are able to get over a bad frame rate at times you will find a good game.

Overall, it’s an exciting and fun experience. There are many new Pokémon to discover and the open world is cool. There are many bugs and glitches though.

Fun game with great graphics. The story line was interesting even though it was a little predictable. I enjoyed exploring the world. Even my video game challenged wife has a lot of fun playing.

So Pokémon games arent primarily known for story in the main series, however these at least to me are up there with the mystery dungeon games (specifically explorers of sky and super mystery dungeon). Well worth a play through, terra raids are a nice twist as well.

This Pokémon game has the best story out of any mainline Pokémon game ever made in my opinion. The character and mon design is top notch and the open world is a needed breakthrough in these games. Graphically the game is more than a letdown.. terrible framerates, consistent crashing and graphic fidelity on par with Gamecube graphics. Game freak needs to take a step back and reevaluate their approach to ensure the fans get a game they can be proud to buy.

As Pokemon games are great because it contains one of the best stories in the saga and also an Open World full of Pokemon. Sadly, it suffers badly in performance issues, only recommend it to Pokémon fans

Its a really fun pokemon game with some of my favorite new pokemon that have come out in a long time. I enjoyed playing this alongside my wife
