If you’ve gone your whole childhood loving Pokémon and playing the classic games, this is one game that took it to a whole other level. Graphics are great, game play is amazing, all over one of my favorite games I’ve ever bought! Fun for two players or solo!

The graphics on this game are insanely good, honestly something I would have wanted to play as a kid. It is really fun to play and something different from the original games 10/10 also the steelbook is an awesome bonus with the purchase of the game :)

Definitely a fun new way to play. I absolutely love that you can see the Pokémon instead of randomly encountering them (so you can avoid the massive amount of Zubats in caves). Plus, the fact that you don’t have to fight all Pokémon before you catch them is definitely a useful time saver. Overall, it’s just a remake with better and more interactive controls. I was originally on the fence about purchasing, but it was worth it.

Bought this as a gift for my Nephew. We love to play Pokémon. Sometime it hard to get children out to do activities and exercise. His love for this game also made him love Pokémon go .

This game is super for all. It is very easy to play for any age. Doesn't take alot of thought to play, just fun to interact with all the different characters and see who wins the battles. It is really just fun to see all the different "animals".

I bought this for my sister since she and I are big fans of Pokemon, and she LOVED it. Eevee is her favorite pokemon and this game made her week as a surprise. It's adorable fun and cute to have all the pokemon from the first game be able to follow you around.

This game is sweet! I got it for my girlfriend for Christmas and I was in the room the whole time glued to the TV. It was throwing me back to the old pokemon games on game boy. This is so fun, highly recommended.

Love this game and it definitely brings you back to the red/blue days that I enjoyed so much as a kid. The maps are obviously more with the times, but compare to images of the old games and you will see what I mean. Even the text dialogue is the same!

From the start of the game to the finish, I was hooked playing this game. Every minute of the game is exciting and fun. Whether it be catching new Pokémon or battling trainers it is an excellent addition to the collection.

Purchased the game for my younger daughter to get her into the story behind the Pokemon series and game, as she plays POGO with us, and she has yet to put the switch down! She loves it, as do I. Went and bought Pikachu as well so that we can both play.

Its Pokemon and it's on the switch probably the best thing that they had done. I really enjoy the pokemon traditional aspect as well as the mobile phone Pokemon Go aspect of catching pokemon. Overall the game is really fun to play with lots of things to do.

I HAVE THIS GAME and the intro antire play are so CUTE It makes me wish Eevee was real so I could cuddle it....

The game is worth the price if you’re a fan of Pokémon. It’s just a remake of the original blue and red. I can imagine they will remake the other generations to follow. I have yet to finish the game to trade with my Pokémon go. But looking forward to that.

This game will keep you entertained forever. It works well and has a good story line.

This is a great game for beginners as well as returning players. It really plays like the originals but with enough new elements to feel like a new adventure. The catch controls are very responsive and feel great. Overall, I would recommend this game.

This game brings back so much nostalgia. I played Pokemon Blue back in the days of my original Game Boy and this is basically a reboot of it with better graphics (obviously) and gameplay and I LOVE IT. Great for any Pokemon fan to relive the early games.

I am by no means a hardcore Pokemon fan, but I have loved every minute of my 20+ hours in this game so far. In my opinion it takes what is great about the main Pokemon games and adds in the simplicity of Pokemon Go to make a great game to play on the go.

I was concerned with buying this game that it would be too juvenile. But it is lots of fun! I like how involved it is and there is way more features than what I had expected. I like that I can go back and battle the gym leaders after they are all beaten.

Initially I thought that these games would be too different from traditional Pokemon to be worth playing, but I was completely wrong. A lot of the grinding/annoying elements have been removed, and make this game highly enjoyable and a new favorite!

This game is a great reboot of the original Pokemon Red and Blue games albeit with a different method of capturing Pokemon that is more similar to Pokemon Go!
