Very euphoric. It's nice to have the feature where pokemon can follow you. Went through the game faster than expected. The game play changed from the original. Felt easier, especially with the possibility that your buddy can neglect some attacks and abilities.
Frame rate seemed to drop with 2 players in the docked position. I wish the game was longer.

My kids love this game. They created one user for each of them and both of them can either play together or by themselves. You can transfer the pokemon that you caught in Pokemon GO if you play it to this game.

This game ha great for those who have never played a pokemon game. It's easy to get into. It's kinda a remake of pokemon yellow but with changes. For long time players, this is most likely a skip.
Pros
Graphics look amazing
Music is great
The ability to have a pokemon follow you at all times is awesome
No more HMs
Can connect with pokemon go
Co op mode
Cons
Game is too easy. Don't have to switch pokemon, mostly rely in ur starter
No abilities
Capture mechanic is just throwing pokeballs, no battling wild pokemon
Set up for double battles that is almost never used.
For kids and newcomers this a good start to get into the pokemon world. For long time players, this won't satisfied you unless you're feeling nostalgic. it's an ok hold up until pokemon sword and shield.

If you enjoyed the original red - you’ll love this! Plus the fact you can see the Pokémon instead of hitting mystery Pokémon every 5 steps and having to run all the time - you can go around!!! Great graphics!

I’m 26 years old and find myself buying the newest consoles just to play every new Pokémon game. This is no exception! Got a switch just to play and I am having a blast reliving my childhood with this 1st gen remake!

I have played many Pokémon games including Pokémon Go, this game is a good mix of the old games and Pokémon Go, very happy with it, my boyfriend and I have been playing and get so in to it, so many nostalgic feelings!

I was on the fence about this game. But they said that comes with a free steel case. The game is... decent, but not an amazing Pokemon game. I would recommend people who want to play a Pokemon game very casually.

I remember when I first got my Pokémon yellow version and it was so cool being able to run around with my pickachu next to me. Now you can do that with any Pokémon you want. Similar story like to yellow version.

Okay, so I gave the Poke Ball an OK rating. This gets 5 stars because my older son joined my younger son during the holidays and played with him for hours. They never talk otherwise, so the game has got to be good!

The game is a lot of fun, but once you beat the elite four there isn't much worthwhile to do. It took me about 20 hours to beat and I'm done by now. It's missing some comforts related to levelling up pokemon without evolving. The engame pokemon master trainers are a joke, all you get from beating them is a title and nothing else - no items, no exp, no nothing.

A fun game that harkens back to the 1990's. I had a lot of fun flicking my wrist and developing arthritis from using the small Pokeball controllers for hours at a time.

My son loves this game. To be clear, he's not a little kid, either. He grew up with Pokemon, and tried this game and loved it. From what he told me, this version (the Eevee version) is definitely the one to get.

A wholesome game that has kept me entertained for a few weeks. Usually I can finish the campaigns on a game in a few days but this one has been quite a lengthy and in depth game. I highly recommend

Pokemon, if you don't play it what else are you doing? Wasting time I guess... much better to spend your time in Kanto. Also, Eevee rides on your head which is cute
