Love this watch upgraded from Ft7 model, I like that I can wear all day and it tracks my sleep. It was definitely the motivation I needed as my ft7 wasn't motivating me any longer. Only down side is it takes a different heart rate monitor (h7) if you want to do the fitness test and take full advantage of the apps. But my strap from my ft7 works for me for now. I hear the a400 you don't need the strap that will be my next upgrade unless something else comes out better from polar!

This watch does literally EVERYTHING I needed from the more expensive and newer versions. Including the ability to track my heart rate while swimming (just make sure you are in activity:swimming mode so it doesn't use Bluetooth but another wavelength that can penetrate water). The only issue is the actual band is much larger than my wrist where a large piece of the band (about 1.5 inches) sticks out and catches on things even when tightened all the way. I've debated on cutting it but hate to ruin it. The face of the watch is also rather large compared to my small wrist. I think that large watch faces may have been more of a fade when this watch was released but I'd much rather it be smaller. I like to wear my watch to everything so a more sleek style would complement my attire more. All in all I love it and very happy with my decision.

I love, love, love my Polar A300. It has not left my wrist (except to charge and then promptly put back on) since it arrived. I've worn it swimming in the ocean, the pool and everyday in the shower with no issues. It syncs so effortlessly with my iPhone 6 and keeps an accurate account of my activity and steps taken. I was most afraid that the white band would quickly become dirty but the material stays super clean! I even got a spot of black paint on it but was able to simply scratch it off with my fingernail. The size is a little large compared to other trackers and everyone asks if it is the iPhone watch, but other than that, it's perfect!!! I'm super happy!

Love it so far..replaced my loop2 and watch, hated wearing the loop 2 as a bracelet, and it wasn;t a functional watch. Battery life is FAR superior to the Loop 2, and overall functionality seems better as well. I wish it had a few more features like the Ironman, multiple alarms would be nice to have back. Also wish they would have gone with - perhaps not so much for the females, but a larger watch face, and s shiorter profile, as the watch sits pretty high off the wrist. Also, a material other than what they used for the band, as it is very grabby, and tends to make sweatshirts a PITA as it just wants to hang on...same with arm hair. It doesn;t pull real often, but when it does...it pulls REALLY good! All in all though, these are very minor dislikes, and more...improvements for future versions. My wife has one too, and while I thought it would look too bulky on her small wrists, it didn;t!

Perfect combination of activity tracker and sports watch. The ability to measure heart rate while swiming sets it apart from the other sport watches I looked at. Charge lasts about 15 days if I use the heart rate monitor every day.

I wanted a watch to keep track of all my steps and this one does. It has different settings for different activities. My one biggest complaint is that it's clunky. It doesn't rest against my wrist and catches on anything worth a sleeve.

Easy to use and waterproof for swimming. Tracks activities, sport profiles, calories, and sleep! Love the different bands and has good battery life. Highly recommend!

If you don't need GPs this is the best tracker out there! I've had my A300 for 3 weeks and have only needed to charge it once!!! This is with daily activity tracking and 3-6 hours of workout time per week (paired with Polar H7 HRM). The silicon band is surprisingly comfortable and the option to change bands to different colors is sorta nice. Cellphone alerts might be nice but I prefer the awesome battery life!

Overall, good watch. This is the first sport watch I've ever purchased and it has worked great for me! I love all the features, but the only downside is you have to purchase the heart rate monitor separately. If I could change one thing about it, I would have the heart rate monitor built in. The plastic watch strap isn't as durable as I would have wanted too, but I wear it 24/7 so that could be a reason why it isn't holding up as well as I expected.

Perfect unit. Could be smaller for females. My wife loves the sync and ease of use.

I love this tracker. My FitBit broke and I'm glad I opted for the Polar A300 after reading the reviews. I love that this watch has multiple settings (cycling, swimming, group exercise). I find that it is a lot more accurate. I have had this tracker for a couple of months and I'm very pleased. You can use with the heart sensor with without. The app is OK, it will hopefully improve.

The Polar A300 has been a great asset to my fitness. I love the different programs that you can use for different types of workouts. It is a great activity tracker and I am happy I uprgraded from my Fitbit and my Polar Loop.

I purchased several other watches and smart watches, but this one seemed to fit my needs the best. It works great and is easy to use.

This watch was perfect for my husband he is active and wanted something waterproof and something that was both a watch and would track his steps, active % and calories burned. This watch syncs easily with a smartphone and desktop.

Where it all day for a watch and all night to monitor my sleep which was a concern also has a warning to tell you been sitting I your but to long - the hr monitor strap is good the syncing isn't to bad it corrects itself pretty quick - I like how I can track a workout on time a hr per activity - better than taking random rest times between sets - only thing is I would like a flatter version so I could tuck it under a long sleeve work shirt- but the battery ha the last 14 days before I recharge - great buy

This product is great. I love the sleep habits tracker, the steps tracker and everything else you can use this watch for. In that sense I would give it 6-7 stars. However, I am allergic to certain metals and I have to be very picky with what I wear or else I break out really bad. This watch was no exception. A month after buying the product, the metal "burned" my skin raw. Whatever metal this watch uses (which is not specified) has been the worst reaction I ever have had. It has literally taken a layer of skin off. If you have a sensitivity to metals then DO NOT GET THIS!!! I would keep the product if it were not due to the metal reacting to my skin the way it has.

I absolutely love this activity tracker. It completely eliminates the guesswork, especially during my workouts. It helps me and my trainer to fine tune the exercises.

This was a present for my wife who loves it. This watch is pretty good and is holding charge for more than a week.
