Heart rate is pretty accurate so for that it'll get 4.5 stars. No backlight and the one button control needlessly complicated set up and navigation. Wish it had two or three. For the sale price I paid its worth it if you just want to watch your heart rate

This heart rate monitor is very basic and totally reliable. I got this to replace an old one. This is probably my 10th Polar monitor and I've never been disappointed.

If you want a basic heart rate monitor with no frills this is for you. The display is large, easy to read and accurate. I had looked into the others that almost train you and they were confusing. I popped this out of the box and began to use it within minutes after setting basic info! I would highly recommend this monitor for people who like simple and easy!

I use this to keep track of my heart rate while working out at the gym. My previous unit died after many years of faithful service. The watch and strap are comfortable, the readout is accurate and easy to view. This Is an excellent unit at a good price and does what I need, without any additional bells and whistles.

okay for smaller people, no way to change the wrist band to make it longer.

It is a very nice watch to wear and use when going for a run. This watch is great for all those stuyding finess and are excersized active

I would definitely recommend this product to anyone in need of a heart monitor. Easy to use. Polar is a great name and value for the money.

I liked the monitor at first but got tired of the chest strap.

This monitor works really well, but you have to use the chest band and all features are accessed with just one button. Would be nice to have a couple more buttons to make it easy to get where you want to go and cycle through functions.

Works really good and does not seem to miss a beat while exercising.

Any more options would be too complicated for most.

Bought for parent but for those who have little technical ability is was easier to use a fingered monitor.
