    I am writing to express my concerns regarding the MagniFi Max AX sound bar I purchased 30 days ago. Initially, I was impressed with the sound quality; however, this morning, I encountered a significant issue. The sound bar's light began blinking, and it ceased to produce any sound. Upon investigation, I found that I had to unplug the device for a few minutes to restore its functionality. This is highly inconvenient and not what I expected after investing in a high-quality sound system. Given the expense, I believe it is unreasonable to have to perform this troubleshooting step repeatedly. I am considering returning the product if a more permanent resolution is not available. Please advise on the next steps to address this issue.

    I’ve had the sound bar and sub since the end of December 2024. The sub is already malfunctioning making a strange thumping sound while bass is playing. Maybe this is why it was on clearance. Wish I could return it but BestBuy has a very short return window. Will try a warranty claim.

    Terrible Best Buy open box experience

    Purchased this open box in “excellent condition”. Drove hours away to pick up. Finally setup and only the center channel work. Subwoofer wouldn’t connect. Back panel indicator lights did not work. Obviously this item was not checked by Best Buy associates. Wasted hours of my time I won’t get back. Best Buy refused to do anything about it.
