The only 2 issues I had with the headset is when you have someone on hold there a constant beeping noise so when you try to speak to someone else before conferencing them into the call you can barely hear the people you are trying to transfer to because of the beeping noise. Also when you transfer the call you don't get a clicking noise which will give you notification the call has merged so you would have to look at your phone are try to introduce who ever is on the line and hope they are there. I work from home which is why I used these headset. But I took them back because for the cost I paid it is not worth all the noise and distractions.

This is the second one I buy. I had gotten one for myself since i work from home and uae teams for meetings. When my husband got a new job that also uses teams for meetings I know we had to get another one. This headset is amazing. Great audio , connection and super comfortable. I went through 5 headset before i got this one, trying to find the perfect one. We love it. Worth every penny.

Sound comes in clearly and covers my ear all around, what I really like is being able to switch sides with ease. Longs lasting hrs for talk time up to 14 hrs before next charge time. I work from home so it makes it easy to step away from my desk and till continue to talk even if I am more that 40 ft away.

This headset is very comfortable. It’s light and easy to wear and the battery life is great. The audio quality is great and the volume controls are easy to access and use while wearing. The only downside is the mute button placement. It’s at the end of the mouthpiece near the speaker. It would be better placed near the end of the mouthpiece like the Jabra I have in the office.

I use this headset for work. It is very high quality and we made. It wotks well and I like tge app you can download and make adjustments for Teams and Zoom. Charge last for three days for me.

This headset has been a lifesaver. Being a work from home mom with 2 kids for a call center, I needed this a long time ago. One being a teething baby. This was honestly worth the purchase. I can get up from my desk, grab what I need for them & the people on the other side of the phone can’t hear my screaming kids . I don’t have to stress about not being able to do my job & care for my kids fully. It’s worth the price. I honestly love this thing.

Great once you learn how to use it. Noise blocking is really good. sound is not muffled at all. very comfortable around your head and can use it on either ears.

Amazing headset. Cancels out all background noise allowing others to hear only your voice. Volume is great. Only downfall is it slides off of your head if you have a small head.

Range is really good, sound quality is excellent. I had an earlier version and initially that had a good range, also, but it decreased a lot over time. Maybe that just happens over years of use.

You can feel the great quality without the extra weight! Helps when driving for long hours with headset on. Exceeded my expectations with the clearness of the voice while on calls.

I love this headset it works amazing, its plug and play so if you are like me and use a VPN for work no need to download drivers for functionality which was extremely important as the VPN I use for work does not allow us to download them. Sound quality is great and battery a perfect 10.

This headset has worked great so far use it for work. It is comfortable to have on while working aswell.

So far the headphone is working well; I have been using it for a couple of weeks. I like the batterie life. I use it for work so to charge it, I have to take if off; and I don't want to leave it charging overnight. I also like that it tells you the batterie live. Cordless is awesome.

This headset, along with the Poly software that needs to be installed on your computer, works very well, and I've had very few problems with it. The only reason I didn't rate it 5 stars is because the person you're talking to on the phone sounds like they're talking in a tin can. I've adjusted what settings I could find, and it's gotten a little better, but it could use some improvement. Overall, I would say it's worth the price, especially considering there are other headsets on the market that are much more expensive.

I bought this headset for office use. It connected seamlessly using the dongle, and battery life and sound are great. Works perfectly after a few weeks-no issues.

Works great use it daily for truck driving. Battery lasts a long time

Sometimes call quality is meh!. Good battery life. I use it to dictate medical records into charts using Dragon and the battery is good over that 8 hours without having to top off in the case. These are the only headphones that I have found that work with my work Avaya soft phone software

Great product at good price! Especially if you are looking for one-ear over the ear models. Excellent mic with noise reduction. Can support two devices at the same time.
