We love this headset in our office. We give them to all our staff. Easy to connect to a phone or computer since we use VOIP lines. good at blocking out other voices and noise in the office. Comfortable to wear all day and the battery will last a few days for us. Great purchase and not too expensive either. BEst buy made it easy to pick up same day.

These really do cancel noise in the background. I tested it while I was in a work call and they could not hear a video playing very loudly (with people talking) and I was actively talking. People typically don’t hear my dogs barking. I’ve used them via bluetooth and with the dongle in. I get the “disconnected” message sometimes in a call but they still keep working. The battery life is great. Also, only having one ear covered is a plus for me. Btw I waited 4 + months to write a review so I could give an honest opinion.

Searched for a while for a headset to work from home that would help cut out background noise while also making me come in clearer to colleagues. I love that the battery has lasted throughout the day to only go down to 75% when my airpods would have died twice by now and not be as clear. Definitely recommend. Comfortable to wear with glasses as well. Only part I wish is that when I turn it off my sound would still come through my regular speakers. I haven't found a way to do that without unpairing from the pc all together. I'm in too many meetings throughout to day to pair/unpair repeatedly.

his Poly Voyager 4310 is excellent for anyone who takes calls all day or drives frequently. The sound quality is super clear, and the microphone picks up my voice perfectly without background noise. The noise cancelling works really well, even in noisy environments or inside the truck. Battery life lasts all day, and it connects quickly to my phone and laptop. It’s lightweight and comfortable, even for long hours of use. Definitely a must-have for business calls or hands-free work!

This headset is very comfortable. The charge lasts a long time. I work from home and always using this headset for 8 hours a day. Also the noise cancellation feature works great. Callers do not hear my dogs barking or my grandsons playing.

Awesome sound and very comfortable. The weight is perfect doesn't bother you with prolonged usage. And the clarity was amazing Im A truck driver and I definitely pleased with the quality. Didn't have to speak loud ,and heard my conversation clear over all the noise.

This is a good comfortable headset. The sound quality is good. It is integrated with Microsoft teams so you can mute and unmute teams call from the headset. Long battery life as well. If you are calls for long periods of time, this is the headset for you.

One of the standout features is the noise-canceling microphone, which is supposed to filter out background noise. For the most part, it performs well. However, there have been occasional issues with call quality. Some of my colleagues have mentioned that my voice can sound distant or muffled at times, despite my best efforts to adjust the microphone's position. This inconsistency can be frustrating during important meetings where clear communication is crucial. The headset is easy to set up and connects seamlessly via USB, which is a plus for those who aren't particularly tech-savvy. It also comes with convenient inline controls for volume adjustment and muting the microphone, which are intuitive and handy.

Battery lasts for maybe 8-12 hours. It comfortable to wear. Recharges quickly (1-2 hours).

Perfect in all aspects - lightweight, intuitive, works really well with Teams, long-lasting battery (11 hours). The single-ear aspect is critical to any such tool as it allows one to be environment conscious; there are not many good quality headsets on the market for such a low price; this one meets every requirement.

I performed firmware updates on the usb transmitter and the headset. I had a few issues at first but I’m not sure it was the fault of this product since my wired headset was having issues, too. Currently everything seems to be working good. Sound quality is good. Volume levels are good. Range seems good, but I don’t move from my desk very much. Battery lasts for longer than a day. Having the charging cradle would be a great addition for ease of use, but buying one separately is cost prohibitive. Look for a model that comes with the base/cradle.

Love these headphones. Another work from home saver. I dislike having both ears covered and not being able to hear my surroundings. This is versatile and allows freedom of movement.

Bought this for my wife to replace her broken headset and she loves it. Says the sound quality is excellent and it is very comfortable. Hopefully, the durability is good and it lasts a long time. Give them a try.

I've had this now for a few months and use this solidly between 4 and 17 hours a day without any Interruption to the battery, and I can switch in between my cell phone and work WebEx meetings without any issues. I also have the Blue Parrot headset but what I like about this headset more is I can hear my voice slightly from the microphone back into my ear whereas that Blue Parrot headset I can't. That Blue Parrot headset is really tight on the temples but this headset is perfect for the pressure on my head if not slightly too light but I'd rather have that then crushing my skull. The last nice thing about this unit is I can speak and hear with such clarity too that I can hear everybody else's crappy headsets.
