Bought this headset today. So far I am very pleased with the headset. It is missing a very important feature that the 5520 has, voice control. If this handset had that feature, it would get a five-star rating. If there was documentation that stated the 4310UC did not have voice answering, I would not have bought it and I would have settled with the 5520. I thought that since the 4310UC was more expensive than the 5520, surely the 4310UC would have voice answering. With that said I am keeping the 4310UC because it is an outstanding headset. Call quality is the best I have heard in a while. If you want a very high-quality headset that does not have voice answering, get this one. You won't be dissappointed...

I have had this headset for a good minute and this headset has worked wonders. I use it to take calls and the noise cancellation it has it wonders. I would highly recommend this headset

Works great, battery life is amazing as well as the noise cancelation. I could be standing next to a diesel engine running and the other person on the line can’t tell.

it fits your head very well and it sounds very good the connection to bluetooth is fast

I really enjoy these headphones! I wear them all day for work, and my ears get tired. It is nice to be able to move the microphone and switch ears throughout the day. The sound quality is nice as well. I can year the patients on the other end nicely, and they can hear me. There is no echo. I enjoy being able to move around. I am not tied to my computer with these headphones.

In my humble opinion this is a good headset. The noise cancellation is very effective and the headset is comfortable to wear for an extended period of time.

I really liked the the simplicity of this headsets and the sound clarity is top notch. Thenreason why i didnt give it 5 stars is because the headset was too tight. I also dont have a big head, I would say mine is average and even then i would have to take it off constantly.

The noise canceling on this is amazing. I work from home and have my volume up with sometimes my baby in the background making a lot of noise and no one can hear anything. Very much compatible with most if not all ohone systems.
