Comfortable, great battery life, easy to connect, but customers still weren’t able to hear me clearly.

Occasionally coworkers say I'm very quiet. Not consistent from one meeting to the next. It is also too tight. It gets uncomfortable by the end of the day.

I purchased this headset for work and the customer always say I sound muffeled. The range falls short and the audio begans to sound gargarled. The Microphone os too short, I have to pull one side of the headset off of one ear to attempt to elongate the microphone. The battery life says it's fully charged then it says there's only 2 hours remaining after being charged overnight. About the only good thing I can say aboutt these it that they were easy to connect to the PC. Overall, the design is poor, and the fail miserably. I would never recommend this headset to anyone. Ane to add injury to insult, Best Buy 15 day return policy is not long enough for a person to use the product. It sat in the bag for about 2 weeks before I actually used them. I am stuck with a product that doesn't work and still have the need for a quality work headset. Any suggestions???

It a nice headset but I think they need a better way to have the mute button and actually say muted when you press the button so you know. There is no other way to know the call is muted. Which is really important when you work at a call center and need some privacy.
