Pretty much bought the controller needing to replace my microsoft elite controller after almost a year of owning it. The elite controller had a broken bumper (fairly common on it), UP on dead stopped working and when I press X it cut my party chat out so i figured it was time for a new controller. Went and bought this last night and immediately regretted it. Controller felt fine at first, but it showed its flaws minutes later. The guide button I pressed several times never took me to the dash. People in party chat sounded like robots and so did I. Just wasn't feeling it versus my other controller. Ended up returning within 12 hours (only because the store was closed for the night). Exchanged for the Legendary Collection Deliverer of Truth Controller. Hopefully it turns out better!

The controller feels nice and the interchangeable analog sticks are amazing however the audio on this controller is garbage. I hear people fine but I sound awful, I even played back my own voice messages to verify. This is a ongoing issue with PowerA controllers with the exception of the Power A - Fusion Wired Controller with the 4 back buttons. If you don't plan on utilizing the 3.5 mm jack then it's great, otherwise don't bother getting this controller.

Bumpers are terrible.

The bumpers on this controller are cheaply made. When i would be shooting using the RT my finger would accidentally hit the right bumper every time. The button is so easily pressed that you cant even graze it a little.
